I still stand by the fact that your proposal is extremely stupid since first of all. It'll ruin nano hacs, this is propably your intention because you are a bitter idiot. Second of all with nanos gone only way to do HACs is sniping (Only a few can do that) and tanking. BCs do the tanking better or equally as good while doing more dps for a smaller price and it's insurable. This leaves the tanked hac with 1 advantage, it's more agile. But wait, what are you proposing, an agility and speed nerf, completely eliminating the last advantage the tanked HAC has. Brilliant idea, brilliant!
