Well nano's are dead, and for some odd reason blasterboats are being killed as well.
Shelve the mega and dust off the ol' domi again? Go Gallente recon and scram peoples faces off?

My guess is assault frigates immediately after the change. Then if another idea I have begins to catch on some of your current nano-skills should come in handy. Anyways most people probebly won't give away their biggest ideas until people see them in action. _______________

Nanos aren't dead, they're sleeping.
TBH, I think the Vaga will still be a very popular ship, as it will still be able to field a proper speed tank. Ishtar and Sac will suffer more heavily than the Vaga, I'd wager.
Inties will make a comeback.
Cloakers will be more popular, of course. People will try harder with the Black Ops, I'd guess, a ship class which is probably due a buff anyway. Stealth Bombers will definitely come back into fashion, I'd think.
Things are really going to mix up. It looks like Gallente Recons will come back into the limelight, but equally ABs are being offered as a 'third way'; lower but 'unjammable' speed. AB Inties may well be viable, as they receive their full sig radius bonus while still being pretty fast and nimble.
Missile ships will become less lulz-worthy in PVP (though explosion velocity is still going to be a massive issue, and people have all but forgotten about the relevance of explosion radius, which is another reason for small ships not to fear the Raven).
Variety will be the winner, overall. AFs are already being touted as a newly viable proposition.
In terms of roaming gangs, speed to deploy (ie. align and warp times) will become more relevant, another factor that will keep heavy-hitting small ships like AFs, Recons and HACs relevant compared to the more lumbering BCs and BSs.
Overall, though, the changes are so multiple and far-reaching that it's impossible to say. Many of the changes I welcome, some of them I fear, but I'm looking forward to trying them all out.

1) Blasters have the worst range of any weapon. 2) Blasters conversely have the best damage. 3) With 90% webs, this was made meaningless whenever someone came within 10km.
I actually have to deal with the downside of my weapons now...

In all seriousness, when nano's get balanced you will see traditional ships become viable once again because all those ships that were 100% useless against nanos will no longer be 100% useless. That is why this change is going to happen.

Well passive shield tanks arent it, those are killable by alot of things. Buffer tanks are eventually killable, remote reppers are highly counterable by many options, jammer ships are subject to counter drones and missing a cycle and fofs. To be honest im stumped on the next i win button. There are plenty "I could win" buttons though thats always better than one i win button.
I do blame nanos for some of the blobs getting bigger, but other than that blobs are the only I win buttong and soon ccp wants to toss factional warfare traits into o.o conquering with time based gate captures and needing to hold the majority of the gates of system to effect sovernty of. Though not a ultimate soltion to blobs it will force groups to split up to hold the majority.

The Wheel of Nerfs turns, and FotM's come and pass, leaving memories that become legends. Legend fades to myth and even the myth is long forgotten When the nerf that gave it birth comes again. In one expansion, called the Empyrean Age by some, a change yet to come, a change long past, a rebalancing of speed was proposed...The nerf was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings nor ends in the turning of the Wheel. But it was a beginning.
In other words every ship has it's day eventually, skill whatever suits your playstyle or whatever just plain looks good.
