Did anyone else noticed thet the slots for the "rouge implants where changed and that you now even can't put a rouge implant in every slot as the one for speed (used to be slot 7) and the one for speedboost to MWD/AB (used to be 10) share slot 6 now and the agility that was in slot 6 is now in slot 7. i have two clones where i use all of these and i don't know what will happen if i clonejump, also i have the agility implant in almost all of my clones and something diffrent in slot 7 so again i have two implants in one slot and don't know what will happen if i jump in one of the clones. while my implants are mostly the 0 or 1 version so not very expensive it srews with alot of implant setups of alot of players and i can't realy see the reason for this.
on a side note: if u realy want to nerf all the speed implant options to hell than pleas make shure the the armor and shield implants get their share of nerf too as a plated ship with slaves or a shieldtanker with crystals is as overpowerd as a snake nanoship. also make shure to nerf the hardwrerings as well, not because it is needed but you seem to enjoy it and i want you to have a little fun at work.

Because you can't catch a big tanky ship and hold it down to bring more firepower, right?

shure snakes are better in small roaming gangs, but a gang of RR BS with slaves is just mean.
also you don't always have the ability to hold him down and call for reinforcements. if you'r there with a gang it dosn't matter, but if you are only in a small group of 2 or 3 ppl or allone there is not much you can do about such a heavy tanked opponent if you hold him down his reinforcements will likely arrive faster then yours do an you can only hold him down for so long while taking damage.
a snake fitted nanoHAC you could at least keep at bay with a heay neut. there is no such easy solution against slaves or crystals (well for crystals on a BS you could use two or three heavy neuts but that will gimp your setup against any non active tanked target). ------------------ Believing is not wanting to know the truth! |

On Sisi I now have 3 implants in slot 6, Shaqils, Snake Omega and MY-2 and they all give bonis. This doesn't mean that tranq will be the same.

The logical thing to do is to place all conflicting implants in your hangar. That way you decide which one you keep.

The logical thing would be to allow the people that already have this to keep them. Just because you don't have them doesn't mean that everyone that does pre-patch should be drastically penalized. Shaqil's and Snake Omega are awefully expensive and they will obviously drop in price majorly when the patch hits--so removing them could cause some people to possibly lose a couple billion isk. This. OR, dare I say, remove ALL of the implants changed by the patch- meaning snake implants, and put them in your hangar, so that way you can choose if you want to put them back in again, or sell them off.

That comment wasn't meant against you or anything else, just a logical step to remove the conflicting implants. I can see why you'd love to keep your current implants, especially with the investment they represent, but if those changes are made you will not be able to. All I did was suggest a decent alternative.
