Okay I lied it still sucks. 16km scram range with t2  But my rapier also sucks now - now two useless recons.

We can consolidate the amar and gallente recon threads into a single thread and now add the minmatar recons to it as well. Maybe then something will get accomplished.

Falcon will be joining them soon. Lots of ecm whine threads on the forums these days.

Just waiting for our Caldari brothers to join us.
Although, what I would more prefer is for the other recons to get bonuses to make them better at their specialized task. I would even sacrifice those wonderfully useless damage bonuses to have some boosts made to our recons.
And honestly, as an Arazu pilot, I would sacrifice the disruptor range bonus for a bonus to RSD optimal range or strength.

as an arazu pilot, the only thing we have going is our disrupter bonus, and taking that away would make it completely useless, I would however gladly sacrfice the useless damage bonuses.

the Rapier is still very powerful I think. . .everything is a little slower, but not too much. I actually think the Arazu, Latch and the Pilgrim need work, the rest is fine.
Really. . .people are overreacting.

Test it on Sisi. I webbed an interceptor that was going 4k with 2 webs and he was still going about 1k at the end and just ran away.

Lol? You haven't fitted a MWD od even an AB? That would the only case you would not be able to hold that ceptor in range...
A webbed prey has now the chance to get back to the gate in time, if you are a lonely Rapier/Huginn, but to fly away is not possible.
You damn 4,5km/s (on the liveserver) that webbs it's prey down to 40m/s is far too good!
(like the Curse was) => there is (should) no pawn-maschine!

Hah! 40m/s is optmistic. I got rapiyarred in Stain recently, with obligatory falcon backup for permajam. I had a top speed of 10m/s. And then the bastard bumped me another 8km off the gate. ;-/ It took me eight minutes to die.... that's eight minutes of doing not much except asking for non existent cavalry and waiting for the ship to pop so I could warp my pod out.
With that in mind, maybe the 60% base web isn't so bad :)
