Well I've been playing the market over the past few days and the thing that I'm struggling with is finding a quick way from one region to another. I don't care what solarsystem I just need to find a fastest way from one region to another. Obviously clicking different solarsystems on the map and is not the way since you can't jump in a straight line. I tried searching for a region on map, I get a result and I can even right click on it and set it as my destination. The problem is that when I exit the map it diesn't say that I have a waypoint set and clicking autopilot does nothing. When I go back into map and try to set my search result as my destination again it says I can't set it twice . Is there any other way to do that? Am I missing something or it's just not possible?

I don't think it is posible to set a region as destination for the autopilot. Only specifik solar systems.
It is how ever an intersting and usefull idea. Hope CCP picks up on it... |

I think I kinda figured it out. You can set a region as a destination from map search but you can from those little maps you get after pressing F11. The top one is the whole EVE universe and you can click on any dot that represents a region and set your destination to it. But I do hope that someday you can just do that directly from serach function on the map.

Region jumping has been made a little longer recently. There used to be several systems in a row, each in a different region. It was called 'the highway'. These few systems were used by players BIG time, and so a new highway system was designed. The best way for you is to learn the systems on this new highway. Try setting a course from say Nonni in Lonetrek to Luminaire in Essence. See how many regions you pass through. It wont take you long to find the shortest route that covers the most regions.

Plus. I am sure you've seen this mentioned somewhere. It pays to have 2 alts in different regions for price checks and market info. ---------------------- I make up with stupidity for the rest of my corporation.
