Citizens of Eve:
On this matter, I speak for the Coalition of Deklein and the Fade Union.
The NAST treaty was designed to ensure the security of three of powers in the North, and to ensure the regions of Pure Blind, Tribute, and Vale of the Silent remain open and free to the public of Eve.
Cyberdyne Industries [CDI], a Phoenix Alliance Corporation, violated this treaty.
The specifics of the violations will not be covered here, as they are, in fact, irrelevant. CDIÆs wrong doings have been admitted by both CDI and by PA as a whole. To salvage the North from the brink of war, Halseth Durn and Robyone were empowered by the PA counsel to approach RKK, the Fade Union, and the Coalition of Deklein to remedy these wrongs.
Two things occurred:
Empowered PA representatives swore that CDI would be bound by the terms of sanction, or one of two scenarios would come to pass: either CDI would leave the PA, or the Rona corps and Oberion would. The slightest violation of these terms would trigger CDIÆs expulsion from the PA.
Here are the terms of that sanction.
It has been proven to the satisfaction of the Coalition of Deklein and of the Fade Union that CDI has broken these sanctions. It has been officially brought to PAÆs attention via PA forums and via official NAST director channels. PA was given 12 hours to remove CDI from NAST space. Deklein and Fade cannot be allies with a rouge and immoral force such as CDI.
As of this morning; CDI remains in the PA. RONA and Oberion remain in the PA. Deklein and Fade have voted to remove the Phoenix Alliance from the NAST treaty.
New NAST representatives will be posted shortly. Until that time, contact myself, or any Coalition of Deklein or Fade Union director for further information.
RKK is now restored to + 10 standings.

This is tripe.
- We defended you against Evol.
- We defend you from Evol now.
- The RKK situation is of your own doing.
- We asked, then officialy requested for PA to resolve it.
- It did not get resolved by the PA.
- NAST resolved it
Remain mature and keep the flames out of this.

It helps to clarify thing's since you never stated you would or would not be hostile.
War is a game that is played with a smile. If you can't smile, grin. If you can't grin, keep out of the way till you can.
The truth is incontrovertible, malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end; there it is.

On behalf of Jericho Fraction I applaud the principled stance of the Coalition of Deklein and Fade Union. I know from personal interaction with these alliances that they have continually striven at great lengths to avoid this situation, and they have literally bent over backwards to give the Phoenix Alliance every chance to make good on its promises and undertakings.
Every approach and agreement and ceasefire and settlement has been broken by the Phoenix Alliance and every attempt at arbitration and negotiation has been rebuffed. The simple truth here is that CDI Corporation have dug themselves in so deeply to the PA that they will in all likelihood never be removed. And the consequence of this is that the morality and reputation of the PA is the morality and reputation of CDI. The two are one and the same, and it is no longer possible to draw any distinction between them.
Notferr speaks the precise truth with this press release; there is no reasonable doubt that CDI did break the ceasefire sworn by the PA representatives, and this fact has been stated in public forums, in-game, in-teamspeak, and can still be heard in the arrogant posturing of PA bravos far and wide.
The NAST signatories were lied too when Robeyone and Halseth gave the undertaking that CDI would be removed from the PA in the event of a ceasefire breach.
Therefore the CoD and FU decision to remove Phoenix Alliance from the NAST treaty is simply a logical and honourable step to removing their own name and reputation from the murky-mire of PA intrigue and political snakery.
It is my profound hope that Notferr will one day see his dream of a resurgent NAST treaty uniting the alliances and corporations of the north in peace and prosperity and mutual trust and friendship.
And though hard, this decision to renounce the membership of Phoenix Alliance is a necessary and correct one. It has become fully apparent by their actions in-game and on the forums that the PA is a rogue entity that is unconcerned with keeping given word and promises, and exists only to further the interests of its own rogue members.
Jericho Fraction salutes this decision and wishes fortune and glory to the NAST without PA.

NAST space is closed to all non-NAST members without PRIOR and EXPLICIT concent.

Again, simply to clarify and not wishing to sound accusatory:
by this, do you mean Fade and Deklein, the regions you claim? Or do you mean that the area you previously held open (Tribute/Pure Blind/Vale), you now consider closed space?
I believe you meant the former, but it's so easy for people to seize on minor points in phraesology to justify all sorts of things in here.

Very reasonable question, and I should have phrased that better. The free regions of the North remain free. Nothing has changed in Tribute, the Vale, or Pure Blind.
Sorry for being vauge.

Notferr, FU just attacked a few PA ships without provocation from PA forces.
I don't need an explanation, I know what's going on, I'd just like to know if you endorse such treacherous action.

Pretty simple really the PA forces attacked and killed a JF being "Escorted" by FU. But apparently the FU think that the PA attacked first. Well i ask the members of the eve community to answer this: Would you attack your friends for the first time to start a war out numbered 2:1?

I have a problem with you, Everything you just said is a lie. You operate a closed space Alliance devoted to maintaining a mineral cartel for your greedy members. You protect CDI (a corporation that hires pirate corps to attack neutrals and innocents and that tolls neutrals in the "freespace" zone for the right to mine there) Your alliance uses alt war declarations to harrass its foes in cowardly snakery, and neither your leaders or members are capable of keeping your given word.
If you had the merest inkling of self-respect you would have walked from that company of cut-throats and backstabbers months ago.

I was on Fade Union teamspeak at the time I heard people calling out that Phoenix Alliance and CDI ships had made weapon locks and released firepower against FU ships in that escort fleet. You were told in advance that FU were escorting an allied corporation to empire and you still chose to attack the Fade Union gang.

Takes balls to break a treaty and betray allies does it ? . they are simply afraid to fight and such ppl do not belong in any treaty but in a pirate corp. NAST is a joke now without pa your a bunch of miners that have a treaty that you break every time the **** hits the fan.
HAHA,
Afraid to fight? If you are ever going to level any critiscm at c0d and FU, it cannot be that they are afraid to fight.
Allow me to enlighten you into the last two times I fought alongside these alliances.
The penultimate time we stood together, there was a collection of 120 BS in one small gathering that took on and defeated 50 CA/F-E ships. There were four main forces, BNC, FU, C0D and RKK with a splattering of other corps.
The final time FU, C0D and RKK took on and defeated the remenants of the F-E/CA in Tribute and beat them in a 5 hour series of battles. They never came back.
