this is such a lame reason guys, it was two separate pilots flying alone and who gives a damn really? But then again I guess most of the north listens to Jade:s twisted tongue and makes this a question about things like "honour and loyalty". A corporation within PA says one thing then does another, all hell breakes lose. Then why would so many people care about this? What each corporation must ask themselves is this: what is the gain with this war and what will happen if you win this war?

Umm NAST continues to live, except there isn't a rogue element in NAST anymore?
I mean... it sounds utopian...

A very good point. Will we see the famously "Do not recognise alliance soverignity" members of JF forming their own alliance if they somehow (and i do mean somehow) managed to win this conflict? Now that would be a classic case of double standards, as with the rest of JF policy.

This is the point that PA (except Halseth Durn) doesnt understand.
Its the principle that counts.
Thats spelt P r i n c i p l e. Look it up.
Pa sanctioned cdi and they agreed not to fly through vale for a certain period. THAT AVERTED THE WAR. They then did. I mean, it wouldnt be hard to fly around the area- but did they? no, they didnt. IN DIRECT CONTRAVENTION OF THE AGREEMENT. I mean....It may seem lame but its the straw that broke the camels back.
And as far as Jade is concerned...
Jade has little to do with this- okshe has a big gob, but shes a woman, thats to be expected.
Anyway ignore me im drunk.
Im still waiting for an answer tho.

Ok, uhm....no one really cares anyway whatever you say. One of the worst excuses ever really, and it¦s a shame Jade got his forum skills so expertly exercised that many actually joined this hopeless war. They will feel betrayed and like cannon-fodder, and to what good? You are backstabbers and PA will treat you as such, I see that you have already lost the first battles so let the wars continue, here and in space.

Jolly Death, you want to know how simple it is?
Cease-fire = people stop shooting each other and most of the time agree to certain terms. Broken Cease-fire = When terms are broken there is no longer a cease-fire. And the opposite of a cease-fire is... what?
Oh, right, that's when you start shooting again.

I am adopting a zero tolerance policy for alt flamers and numpties. My rules are: if you want serious political debate then fill in your race and corp details in the settings screen and be a character who has posted on the forums on subjects other than "Jade/JF/AntiPA" sucks.
Otherwise (alt+anonymity+smack=slapdown)

actually my post was so direct and free from the usual JF bs that comes from that corp that he had problems twisting my words against me. The point is this: this was planned a long time ago and would have happened neitherless of CDI flying trough p3, its such a bad excuse that I wanna cry, but of course I wont.

What double standards? Care to explain it for the rest of us?
If we are involved in an alliance, as we are not at present, it will be based on Free Space as it's guiding light.

I salute every pilot brave enough to fight today. The PA did very well fighting 3 seperate invasions at roughly the same time. We picked up a lot of hostile cans. Good fun was had by all who were not the victims of the server being t3h suck. Had a great time shooting at the Northern Allies and getting shot at. Good fight, good night.

Can we see less of the propaganda and have CDI or PA actually answer the question put to them?
I see that Mr Jolly Death here has sucessfully moved the topic of chat awaaaay from what was intended.
So PA, CDI, an answer please?
Rumors of my clones death are greatly exaggerated. But I am still INACTIVE

You've basically had it. CDI/PA did not believe that breaking their pledge not to fly through Vale/Tribute/Pure Blind, or wherever it was, was enough reason for people to go to war over it.
The question I'd like answering is a little more involved. If CDI consider that flying through Vale, or not flying through Vale, is such a small issue as not to be worth a war - why did they offer it as a concession in order to secure a ceasefire? If it's not worth a war, it can't be worth a peace either.
