Mostly useful, but fail on the downloading.
Most people won't bother going through all that nonsense to get a file.
Just my 2 cents.

Edited by: Annabelle Lyn on 08/08/2008 19:07:29 so, waiting 45 seconds and typing in a 3 digit code much different from any other hosting option out there on the net?
you don't have to download the megaupload file manager to get the file.. rapidshare's method is pretty similar. I could seek other methods of hosting I guess.

Added the download to the page itself, I was hoping people would go through megaupload as they offer better tracking of files, and more off offer a reward system.
Hope that helps..

I have downloaded it and it seems straight forward. Nice work.
I am assuming this was designed for a corp putting on a mining event. An event that the prices are set by the corp. However, I am a noob and run solo and although I can find mineral prices all over the net, I cant find ore prices (of course I can go in game for them). So, if I wish to use the calculator for myself, is there a straight forward site that lists current ore prices?

Uhm, I'm confused. The only place that is listed on the calculator is mineral prices. On the last tab, when you calculate it orginizes the ore list not by what the ore sells for (per individual unit) on the market, but rather what the mineral cost is worth post refining.

wierd, I am not sure what to tell you, it is a very straight forward NSIS (nullsoft installer script).
all the script does is create a folder in the program files directory, drop the .exe and the windows help file into this directory, and then create a shortcut on your desktop.
IF you want, I can just send you the .exe/help file and you can create a folder anywhere on your computer to drop the files in. If you want them this way just email me, [email protected]

BTW. If anyone is getting a failed to initialize properly error (0xc0000135) this is the error you get basically saying you do not have the .net framework installed.
install that and you should be good to go :) |
