Ticket Price: 3 million ISK per ticket
Number of Tickets (no. remaining): 46 (46)
The drawing will be based on the California State Lottery (Mega Millions). The 1st prize will be based on the mega ball number and 2nd and 3rd prizes will be based on the two closest numbers to it. Example the winning number is 5, 2nd and 3rd place prize will go to 4 and 6.
The draw will take place on August 22th 8:00 EST. If less than 33 tickets have been sold by that time all isk will be refund. If the winning number was not chosen then for every ticket sold, 2 million isk will go toward the next lottery grand prize. Example 35 tickets are sold but no one picks a winning number 70 million isk will then be added as an addition to the grand prize of the next lottery.
Again a minimum of 33 tickets must have been sold, if this number is not reached than all ISK will be refunded.
How to play:
First choose your number(s). Post here with the numbers you have choosen and deposit the ISK to Lottery Accountant, make sure you put "lottery" and the ship you want as reason. Before claiming your numbers please check which ones have been taken already (see below) and also check the latest replies.
There is no limit the the number of tickets you can purchase.
Once the drawing has been completed the winners will be notified by evemail. Escrow will be set in Jita within two days of being notified of which ship you desire.

erm, no previous lotteries, posting with an alt, no offer to use a trusted 3rd party to hold isk and prizes....hmmmm....

Ok because of the fear of a scam I will not be collecting thru my alt, which was for ease of keeping track of money. But since there was a complaint, I will have Delphi Disra collecting the money. Thanks
