I'm slightly over a week old, yet I'm not ignorant. I read the forums, the do's and don'ts, I mark the shit that needs to get done and I have my notes on the in's and outs. I'm edumacated like that. Now, before I begin, I'd like to point out the corp I'm in is a new one, dedicated to helping newbies actually become educated the game instead of being ******ed rhesus monkeys and dying over and over. Keep this in mind throughout the thread here. But this, this had me rolling earlier today. My corpmates were practicing can-flipping and baiting, learning what to do and not to do. Better to make the mistakes now, early, instead of later and paying for it horribly. The very beginnings of the Yarrrr life for me! Ah the good times. I guess this pilot we were "practicing" on (I'm sure he found it quite annoying) called in a couple of his mates. Fun stuff, nothing I didn't expect. As I wasn't practicing (hard to do in a BC) I was ratting in the belts. Nullsec is for carebears. Edit: did someone steal you ore, little man? I detect a burr in your saddle. In my second foray into nullsec, I've gotten into 3 decent fights in two weeks. While I was in highsec, I had people wardecced and wardeccing me all the time, got fights all the time. Nullsec pvp = blobbing a red system with 2X their headcount, smacktalking them for intelligently not undocking, then heading off to grab a tissue to clean up the mess in your hands. Pick a decent 0.1-0.5 system and head off there if you really want a scrap. Or stay in empire.
