"night" is just a perception of time anyway, in Northern Alaska they have a time of year where it is never fully dark but they still call it night and day afaik. add to this a ship is a 24hr operation, the 24:00 shift is likely still called the night shift.

If those are the hours you're awake at, that wouldn't work. You'd still have a light on in the evening/night. You just need to adjust your sleeping pattern, or play purely by the light of your monitor.

I do what the crazy guy does I have a book mark for the center of the sun in Dodixie and I like to go there in a ship cloak and bath in the warm toasty cosmic rays at thier source. In space by the way day/night is relative the same way up/down is. If you have a hard time understanding the idea that anydirection is whatever you wish it to be or not to be in null grav, Read 'Enders Game" and educate your self in that respect.

Cause if they didn't they would stay up to late and there normal cycle would get disrupted. Sounds like a majority of EVE players actually :) Wonder how many players have no idea what time it is until the down time message starts popping up stating that they have played EVE entirely too long :)
