Hi there,
If i want to install the premium graphics download from the site i get some sort of Nsis error:
"The installer you trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. This should be te result of an damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.
You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.
It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (not recommended)".
There's nothing wrong with my comp that i know of. I scanned for virusses, the download completed, and i have no damaged disks. The comp is at max requirements, so that shouln'd be any prob. I never had probs with other downloads whatsoever.
- Anyone had the same experience with this error ? - And how can i get to the command line to skip that error ?
Im not a comp wizz so this might seem n00bish but het, thats what this forum is for right ?
Regards,
Bob M

It happens often mate.
It's almost always the client being corrupt - just redownload it and it should work fine

Aye, try dling with ie.
But as a side note i've been having this for the past 6 weeks on an x64 system, hardware pasts all tests (usually this is a hd/ram problem), gone through 2 formats and it still comes back the next time the client corrupts itself and i cant reinstall it. Perhaps the most interesting past is the one im using right now, i burnt to disk right after it installed, its running fine, but if i try and install from that disk on this thing it says its corrupt, which i know it isn't. -------------------------

'The download itself is working now, downloaded through bittorrent, wich seems to bypass the error. When i installed et went to 100% and then crash cause of the next error:
"DirectX installation failed with error "-9", it is suggested that you restart your computer and run the installer again".
The -9 directs to eve-online i think, cause searching the i'net concludes me there is no -9 error for directX.
I think my comp needs an full format, or is it Eve ?

Try updating directx, although if your force the install after the nsis error it usually crashes trying to installing the amarr dx files. -------------------------
