Ok, Ok I know itĘs not a "ship type", but industrial drones, so you donĘt get tied down by all your stuf in one place so easily (they wont ever exist but something i would like ^^)

3. ECCM Support ships. Gives gang members remote eccm via either a script (long range) (200km) or a AOF of 25km? Gal = prevents ECM (counter caldari recon) caldari = Damp counter Minmatar = lowers the effect from nosts/neuts. Amarr = counters webbers.
What i really want to see however is a MOBILE CLOAKING FIELD GEN. Much like a mobile warp dist u deploy but instead it creates a cloak.

Combat oriented carrier variant, and fills the gap between a BS and a cap ship.

I think Q ships would be cool
(A Q ship is a ship that looks like an industrial/hauler/miner or something but in actuality is a combat capable vessel)
In order for it to work though it would have to be able to mask its right click show info name.

i think is more necesary have new modules than new ships ..
remove target painters and give minmatar some new module or modify the t1 rapier vercion of minmatar ships s they can use webs like rapiers in some way 15k webs is not bad like the ashimmu .
new smallfreigter who can fit some things but dont have higs slots.
more hacs XD i love hacs need more hacs and recons..
new comands ships with the hulls of tier 2 batlecruisers.. dont now think not bonuses ship but for wath?? dont now XD i like to see a hurrycane t2 is a nice ship.
revamp facction ships so they are good again specialy bss.
new weapons or use new AOE weapons ( area of efect) like the torps making dmg to a zone not only the target they hit dont now..
make a new class ship who can prove cloaked ships but make this harder like old days wen you need to triangulate were the ships was
dont now xD add more fun to the game not crapy ships XD THINK CCP THINK!

a frigate sized chameleon ship, with one high, one mid and one low, very small sig, so its hard to hit. with special high mod can appear to be a bigger ship (titan or mothership). ship costs 50 mil in resources to make. the module is a one shot due to cap use, can only be fired once an hour and effect lasts two minutes.

Personally I'd like to see a tier 3 transport ship. A non capital ship that can transport assembled ships. Currently there is no method for moving a fitted/rigged ship in high sec if the pilot does not have the skills to fly it. Features:
- A small cruiser sized cargo hold
- A large ship maintenance array (at least big enough for a command ship)
- Transport skill to increasing size of the ship maintenance array
- No in space docking of ships in to the ship maintenance array
- No in space refitting at the ship maintenance array
- A similar slot layout to the tier 1 transport ships

350 mil is stupefyingly cheap for something this powerful. We'd see this ship spammed to hell and back in every fleet engagement at that price. I think that a smaller, more nimble fighter-based ship is needed, but not as a hybrid between battleships and cap ships. It should have something that sets it apart from both, such as large racial EWar bonuses, and shouldn't cost much less than a Carrier despite having 1/3rd or half of its HP and tanking ability. Obviously whatever bonuses the ship has should compensate for the price.

I don't see why people want to use torpedos for heavy bombers.. you get the damage of a torpedo per cruise missile fired from a Manticore anyway.
The way I see it, stealth bombers are perfect anti frigate/dessy/drone platforms solo. You need a crapload of them to do anything against cruisers or anything above. Make the heavy bomber the sneaky bastard's answer to the cruiser so that you can instapop the things, but at the same time, give a decloaking radius penalty so that you don't get people decloaking 5k away and popping you.
Come to think of it, it's pretty hard figuring out new ideas so that they're balanced.. I'd hate to be a game dev!
