I understand still needs a lot of training in drones and so on but the basics are there, If i was to add the capital books what price could this char fetch?

well m8 u need sum more electronic skills along with the rest of gunnery compensation to 4 if not 5 ..as for drones there easy to train get those gunnery skills up along with electronics and engineering ..try to do compensation skills on armor also work drones at the end and when this char will have like 20-22 mil skp will be a awsome moros pilot u should get about 6-7 bil then for him ..for now id say it would worth like 3.5-4 bil considering that u have sum "hard" skill trained at 5

Now training capital ships then Gallente Dread, Botbail was bought with BO of 4.5, So with caps skills would have thought at least a similar price?
