Most of the players using high-end nano setups can as well kick ass with RR BS, cap drops or whatever else for that matter. The question you should worry about instead is that if CCP institutionalizes the principle that as consequence of their erratic decisions, EvE becomes de facto a game which does NOT capitalize the time & ingame resources spent by players, give me a single pragmatic reason why customers should stay longer than the average 6 months ? You seem completely unaware of the possibility that this speed nerf could very well turn into the last straw on the camel's back, and set slowly in motion a dynamic which will benefit to none of us, CCP included. The last thing you should hope for, provided your brain is larger than a nugget, is for EvE's customer base to shift from a long-term permanent base to a mass of rolling nublets trying out the game for a few months and then leaving.
