what would get the job done the best Navy Apoc CNR, Paladin or Nightmare. i have all my gun skills to lvl5, plus armor skills at lvl5, but wouldn't take long to get t2 cruise missiles. my shield skills are only 8 days away from being perfect as well.

Resistances serpentis commodore: EM: 61%, Expl: 71%, Kin: 41%, Therm: 51%
CNR can do pure kinetic damage whereas the other three do EM/therm.
Then again - I guess that lasers by default have a higher dps and certainly instant damage, so I would probably also go for the nightmare. It's so damn cool looking anyway and I have nearly maxed skills :D

Serpentis seem to have an abnormally high chance of using defenders so I'd suggest against any of the Raven variants unless you're going to go with Torps. They are pretty easy to tank and tend to sit at good distances and snipe so a Domi with sentries would be ideal, I think. Just agro everything and let loose the drones.
And yeah I didn't really read the OP at first but mostly just the replies. Sorry I haven't actually any experience with the ships you mentioned although I have used a normal Raven extensively.
But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.
