but the gm agent guy did not know crap

doesn¦t seem so and no reply. i thought they were introduced last Tuesday, the skills are out and I already have covert ops 3 and cloaking soon at 4, so for what are we waiting? A reply would be appreciated, thnx

Check the info on your research projects. Covert ops bps are now in the queue to be given out.
So expect someone to start gloating about getting one v soon id have thought
