If you mean skills-wise, getting up any relevant skills even higher until they're maxed (anything which will increase your damage) or start training for a Marauder.
If you mean isk-wise, you could waste it on a faction fitted CNR.

Congrats. You've reached the end of the mission grind. You can get a CNR or Marauder but as far as missioning goes Lv. 4s are pretty much it.
I'd suggest you take the piles of ISK you've earned doing missions, invest in stack of identically-fit frigs and cruisers, and join a pvp corp.
Or you can get involved in exploration - high level plexes in 0.0 are *much* harder than any lv. 4 mission.
Or you can train cap ships. Their pve use is pretty limited but I'm sure you could find a spot in a nullsec alliance running logistics, at least. ---

And drop that setup, it sacrifices a boatload of DPS to get that permaboost going. The only sensible way of fitting a Raven for L4s is with at least 3 (4 is better) BCS. The difference between 1 BCS and 3 (or better, 4) is huge.
You do not need a permaboost XL setup anyway, you just need 5-10 minutes of maximum DPS-stopping power, then your DPS will whittle down the enemies enough.
Only players who should use that setup extensively are those with really bad connections, who experience disconnects quite often. If your connection is good, you are just gimping your damage throughput (thus making missions last longer) so that you can go to the bathroom for half an hour without any hassle.

The only way to go is either Marauder, push through up to a cap ship, or take the advice further up and start to train towards PvP skills. It really is the most fun part of the game and with having a good missioning setup it means you can easily replace any losses you may suffer. Time to spread your wings and go for it |

4th BCSII gets too much stacking penalty. Its better to use PDSII or Co-Processor (if you are going to use t2 launchers) instead of that.
Perma boost is over rated imo. Just use 3xBCSII, 2x PDSII, 4x Hardener and a shield booster. |

Ehm I dunno maybe cross train to another race instead of gimpy caldari and do some pvp which is 10 times as cool as doing boring missions. |

After the Raven I spent 2 weeks grinding isk and bought myself a Mach. Its certainly an expensive toy but I admit I have far more fun with those autocannons then I did with the cruise missiles. -------------------------------- To borrow a phrase:

CNR/Golem, or start cross-training. Try out a shiny Rokh or train another race. Minmatar share a lot of the shield tank skills on their T2 ships and some T1 (Maelstrom). Gallente share the Hybrid turrets, and Amarr are pretty much no overlap except general support skills, with the exception of Khanid vessels. -------------------- Originally by: Crumplecorn
I prefer launching bathtubs of antimatter at my opponents over pointing an open DVD player at them, even if the bathtubs do miss a lot. So no.

Amarr skills are needed for Sansha ships such as the Nightmare, phantasm, and Succubus. ------------------------------------------------

Running missions is a cheap substitute of playing eve.
Get in a good corp and go kill people.

PvP Torp raven isn't something to laugh at; it can pump out 1200 DPS whilst maintaining a respectable tank; it's capable of taking down megathrons and the like... --

I've reached a very similar wall where I'm doing levels 4s fairly easily with a Raven. I've also trained some skills into this character as a trader. However, I want to keep training this character towards PvE stuff (such as making the killing more efficient so I can complete missions even quicker or maybe more trading or trying manufacturing or something).
I want to get into a low-sec corp/alliance in the near future. However, I don't really want to take my money-making character there (because I likely won't come back to hi-sec) and I don't want a corporation to take a tax on my missions. I can probably finance a second account through the money made from this character until that character can make money on its own, so: 1) Should I create a second PvP-only account? 2) How do I even go about finding a decent corp in low-sec? Things I might enjoy are group mining for the corp, assisting in doing complexes or L5 missions, solo-ratting. 3) At what point of starting a new character should I expect to be ready?
