Ok so with the least amount of grinding possible, could someone walk me through the fastest way to start a corp, and have new members of the corp be able to use jumpclones?
I'm guessing it would have to be done through paying cosmos agents?
this will be under the assumption that everyone initially joining the corp, even the CEO will have basically neutral standings towards everyone. He who defends Everything, Defends Nothing! |

With the least amount of grinding possible = buy a ship with Clone Vat Bay, like Rorqual. Also, a lot of people offer cloning services with their Rorqs, pricing about 4-5 mil apiece.
If you still want to make JC the old fashioned way, here is the principle: corp standings towards an NPC corp equal the arithmetical mean of standings of all members towards that corp. That implies, that if only one member of your corp has standings with (some rare) NPC corp, your whole corporation will have that standing. After getting the required standing, you just need to make absolutely clear, that noone else can have standings with the chosen NPC corp, or at least have high enough standings to not drive the mean below 8.0.

Have someone else with an 8.0 standing start the your new corp for you (preferably faction standings or with a really obscure NPC corp that people won't do missions for), (and pay them for it - a lot of people offer this service - look in the Sell Orders forum). They can then leave the corp and appoint you as CEO. The corp standings will not change until someone does a storyline mission for the NPC corp in question. --- DIY copying in Liekuri 20:1 mineral compression Eve Online folding@home team |

Or just join one of the one-man corps out there that have high enough standings for making JC's, use their standings, then leave the corp. Your Jump clones are not tied to your corp, once you make them, they continue to exist even if you leave the corp.

What he said. On top of this, I would suggest even if you're a PVP corp - the Rorqual is a perfect ship for any CEO to help him run his corp. Besides clones for your members, you can haul POS Fuel and ships at will. Carriers might be better for ships with the bay, but even bringing everyone's haulers along and all the corp POS and ship equipment can be incredibly handy.
Great ship for any CEO imo.
