You are the second person reporting this.
Before I add this to my list of known bugs I'd like to ask you a few questions:
1) what GPU have you? ATI? 2) did you clear your cache? 3) can you reproduce the problem systematically or is it random? 4) what is your glsl setting under the d3dgl header in the config file?

ATI X1600 (as previously stated.)
I attempted to clear the cache, game said it was going to restart. I think, okay, cool. Eve does not restart. Go to window mode and hide eve:
Exception raised Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x4af8532d
Said okay to debug. Nothing appeared to happen.

Did you make that change in the config (cider) to change GLSL = "M" (change from GLSL = "Y") ?
Open your home folder and navigate to:
Library -> Preferences -> EVE Online Preferences
Edit the file 'config' (ie open in textedit) and change the line that says:
GLSL = "Y" to GLSL = "M"
Fixed the station graphics for me (ATI x1600)

Sorry, I just missed it.
Originally by: Kirkus Jameus I attempted to clear the cache, game said it was going to restart.
The best way to clear cache is to do it manually. For a default installation, from the finder hit shift-comd-G then enter the following:
~/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences/p_drive/Local Settings/Application Data/CCP/EVE/c_program_files_ccp_eve_tranquility
You'll see two subdirectories: the cache and the settings. Delete the cache directory. You may want to copy (backup) the settings directory (helps if a patch fubars your ingame windows layout or overview settings, for example).
You still have not answered to the other two questions: 3) can you reproduce the problem systematically or is it random? 4) what is your glsl setting under the d3dgl header in the config file?
As for question 4, do as above to go to ~/Preferences/EVE Online Preferences There's a file called 'config'. Open it with Text Edit as it's a plain text file. Look for the heading [d3dgl] and under it for the setting "glsl".
Unless you changed it it should be set to "Y". Try changing it to "M" and see if it helps (you also need to clear the cache after changing it, but FIRST try clearing the cache WITHOUT changing it and see if the problem goes away).

I thank you both for your help. Changing the glsl setting to M seems to have cleared up that problem.

Yes. That's the old workaround. I do not have an ATI so I cannot test it. I'm interested in knowing if the bug is still there (according to the patch notes they fixed it, but there's been already two reports that say otherwise so maybe not) and also if the workaround is still working (or at least working for some).
Note: one other thing that I'm not sure about is if this problem is with tiger, leopard or both. And also if it's only with latest leopard or also with the previous version. IIRC people started reporting this problem right after the latest leopard update. If any of you guys with an ATI have some clue on this, please report.
In any case I added this to the list of known problems

The Problem still persists for a long time now. CCP promised to fix it three times so far, and they keep postponing it.
The problem occurred after the .5 update on many computers with ATI video cards.
I am disappointed that this has been such glaring issue and still not fixed.
