You know, I was looking about to see if there was a way to go about changing the in-game clock settings for EVE to my local timezone, I found that you couldn't, and noticed that was a good thing.
So instead can we have 2 separate clocks one that reads UTC (EVE's time) and one for our local timezones. That would make planning so much easier because you can calculate what time it's going to be locally when a certain EVE time comes around. I think it would just make things easier, and I don't see it being that hard to integrate into the UI. |

Why not just look at your watch/cell phone/wall clock/clock on your taskbar? Why do you need another one inside Eve too? |

Because it makes things easier
Also a calendar that bases events off of my local time would be great to, to make the future a little less pointless to people like you.
It's a pretty simple request. |

Yes I often have to go to worldclock.com to figure out the time difference - since eve is a global game, having something like this would be a nifty feature. Also, mxzf hates all change, so don't take it personally. |

I +1'd the OP because I, too, would like this feature. In its absence, here's what I do.
I run in Windowed Mode with the resolution set to a very large percentage (approaching 95%) of my overall desktop.
I can see the taskbar, a tiny swath of icons, and my clock. The action still looks incredible. Best of all I can watch TouTube during Titan hugs. He who trolls trolls best when he who is trolled trolls the troller. -Darth Gustav's Axiom |

Although I would settle just for a tooltip popup with the local time. |
