1. Does Concord show up as soon as you launch an attack on a target or does it wait for the attack to hit? For example, if you launch missiles from a distance, will Concord appear at the launch or when the missiles reach the target?
2. Where does Concord spawn, next to the aggressor or next to the target?
3. What is the locking distance for the Concord ships?
4. What is the attacking distance for the Concord ships?
5. How fast do the interceptors (I'm assuming those are the warp scrambling ships) fly?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

2. CONCORD spawn distance may vary. It doesn't matter anyway, CONCORD effects will always get you when you're on the grid (as soon as you change grid, another spawn triggers)
3. Whole Grid
4. Whole Grid
5. It's a frigate, I assume it may fly at the speed of a normal frigate (400 to 625m/s) but i'm not sure at all ______________________________________________

It doesn't matter. Evading Concord's retaliation is considered an exploit.

1. As soon as you launch an attack, and they do now, pretty much show up instant. (not that if youre dead and your missiles still in flight they wont hit).
2. Next to aggressor.
3. Infinite.
4. Infinite.
5. They all have warp scrammblers, they all do untackable amounts of damage, nueting, webbing etc etc.
Whatever youre planning on doing its not possible.
You get GCC in high sec and concord will show up instantly and instantly kill you.

So say I'm in .5 and I see a guy in his pod... I want to kill him in my SB. Can I fire off a missile, and cloak... and not get concordonked? |

Avoiding CONCORD is an exploit. If you do so, you will be banned. If you commit a crime in highsec, you will lose your ship. How is this that difficult to grasp? |

can't cloak while GCC'd in highsec, and your missiles don't do damage while you're cloaked. Plus that thing that other guy said about you'll get the banstick so quit being stupid. |

I was gonna say..... cloaking with missiles in flight causes your target to be lost...and hence... missiles go flying off into parts unknown. |

acutally, the missile animation does hit the target, but the target suffers no damage. try it yourself :P ______________________________________________

actually, if u cloak when the missile has only 2-3 seconds of flight left, it will still hit.
if u wanna suicide gank, discogeddons are very nice.... 8 smartbombs, and if u fit a bunch of cap injection, you can fire for a bit longer after the concord neuts come, since the concord bs that kills u spawns a little later than the neut/web/scram/ecm tacklers |
