the reason i picked a female for roxanna kell was because i all ready had a male character, but he wasn't good for pvp. And i just felt like making a beautiful girl.
Now shes my only account/char that i play with, and i don't feel comfortable walking around with a girl, and having all the guys staring at her butt, including me.
Please make it possible to change sex, i don't mind the issue with the name staying the same, lots of guys got girls names. All i want is to feel comfortable moving a male body around, not a chick.

Might be a lot of fiddling with databases etc, dont know anything about programming but names might be hard to change out of a technical viewpoint (the names, that is).
I would support both a sex change option and a name change option, right now i dont care much since you avatar/sex/race etc doesnt matter, but if we have ambulation avatars we will want to look our best (or maybe our worst) and also dont have stupid l33t names.
oh and btw, i collect badgers... |

As far as I know, characters are assigned to a charID, so changing name would not be a problem technically. The problem would result from people changing their names to hide their identity. (ie: changing name right after a major heist)

Actually, you'll have to re-do your avatar when ambulation is introduced, so changing it now in antecipation would be a good way to waste 10Ç.

Wow, you are certainly full of fail yourself.
Either you didn't read the OP, which makes you a fool for responding before reading, or you didn't read the Character Portrait Swap FAQ, which specifically states: \
"3. Why does gender and bloodline have to match when swapping portraits?
As bloodline and gender define a lot about your character the portraits that are going to be swapped need to have same bloodline and gender. The swapping is only meant to fix elements you are not happy about with your original portrait creation, it is not meant for gender and ancestry changes."
... So which is it? Your reading comprehension fails or you give advice without knowing WTF you're talking about.

You chose a bloodline and a gender, and that's that. If CCP chickens out and decides to include a "plastic surgery room" where you can change your race/gender at will... well, this is supposed to be EVE, not Beverly Hills.
To all the Achura players--you didn't seem to care when you created the character, and if you suddenly want to be attractive when walking around, create another character for that purpose. Some of us actually paid attention at the character creation screen (attention to things other than numbers, that is) so we all live with our decisions.
