As per new character transfer rules (Linkage - subrule 3), this is the character receiving ISK, and it will be in a NPC corp once reserve is reached (subrule 8) 24h before deadline.
If reserve is met in less than 24h before deadline, allow up to 24h more for transfer requirements to be met (at most).

EXTENDING AUCTION IN CASE ABOVE POTENTIAL BUYERS NO LONGER INTERESTED.
Robocop gets 24h from the moment the server comes back online after today's patch to confirm wether he still wants the character (and I start the drop-to-NPC-corp process).
In case Robocop does not respond in 24h after that, Musashibou Benkei will be notified.
In case Musashibou Benkei does not respond in his additional 24h, auction reopens.
Please also send an in-game EVE-mail to Akita T if you make a post in this thread and I fail to acknowledge it.

Also to answer the question asked - yes, character is and will be in highsec empire (one of the jumpclones is in Solitude highsec though, rest are empire highsec).

Got a 7b in-game bid by the way, but since I set the rules like I did, I am obligated to take Robocop's 6b bid in order to be fair.
Well, I'm online on my alt and awaiting for Robocop to respond to his convo/mails, alt character is fresh out of corp and into Ministry of War NPC corp, docked 1j away from Jita.
Like the above poster said, link should work just fine for skills, but doesn't display in the IGB, need an OOG browser for that.

Robocop - we're both online, me on alt for sale you on Robocop (or at least so it shows), I've sent you 2 evemails already and a convo request, no reply yet in the past half hour.
Technically you responded in over 24h from the notification, yet you're the official bid winner and it wasn't much over 24h... but seeing I have a better offer and we're both online yet still not responding... please respond soon or I'll be forced to give the character to the higher (late) bidder, since he's apparently "on a clock".
