I am having an issue when I let an account expire and then try to re-activate it. It has happened 3times now and each time it takes a petition to resolve.
I get this message when I try to restart my subscription with my credit card "ERROR: Not authorised"
Example: today i tried to reactivate an account full of cyno alts but i cant.
Does anyone else see this? Is this how they stopped ghost training?

I went through the process of applying for the new password, but when I put the new one in it still wouldn't let me log in - I couldn't reactivate it even if I wanted to (which I do!)
I did this about about 3 times and still no luck - in the end I gave up.

I am not having password problems.. its after I enter my credit card information and to the point of verifying the subscription reactivation:
ERROR: Not authorised
You have chosen to reactivate your subscription
Account name: AccountXXX Payment method: VISA ** Subscription: 14.95 - 1 Month EVE Subscription

im having a similar issue- the money has left my bank but hasnt been accepted by CCP- my alt has been offline for nearly 24hrs with no skill training ive sent petitions and emails but im not getting any response

It sounds to me like your VISA card isn't authorizing the transaction.
Double check that you're putting in all your information correctly, including things like security codes if necessary.
Also check to see if you haven't bumped into your credit limit or the card itself hasn't expired.

I had a weird problem when I had to reactivate recently (my CC had reached it's expiry date and I forgot to update it in time).
Not sure if the error message was the same as above.
But several times my CC got rejected though I double and triple checked that all info was right.
I got it fixed by selecting 1 month instead of 6 months as the renewal period. When I then went to account details to correct my renewal back to 6 months it still had 6 months (like it used to be before the expiry).
Something's buggy with the CC activation page. --- Save the forum: Think before you post. ISK BUYER = LOOSER EVE TV- Bring it back!

my account expired before dt i was doing blocade level 4 serps 1 bs left,got a message on screen your subscription has expired . i immediately tried to warp out but CCP logged me, on this subject i have more than enough in my card to pay 4 subscription which is supoosed to debit aoutomatically(You are subscribed to the EVE Online service. You will be charged automatically at the end of each game time period unless you cancel your subscription ) i reactivated manually no probs relogged to a black screen with damage messages but nothing else except damage messages and entering game small window , i logged tried 3 times. i then logged onto char on same account no rpbs,logged on my other account no probs,tried to log back onto main no damage mesages just black screen and entering game window petitioned through eve website and have had no response at all 4 over 2 hrs they keep adding new upgraes but EPIC fail on customer service and compensation 4 thier **** ups,and continually blame our(the players end these days) It costa them nothing to reimburse 4 losses such as this but as i have not got a resonse yet time will tell. Customer service since trinity patch has been IMO non existent,i also had same problem and when i personally went to bank was fixed right thier and then reason given was another charge to card had not gone through this so called charge was actually a cancelation off another account bank apolagised and guarenteed me this would not happen again.if the game was not to my liking as much as it is i would cancel my account and go back to AAOas never had trouble with that game

I had similar problems when I tried to reactivate my account yesterday. It worked today though... so my advice is to wait a couple of hours and try again.
(oh, and I didn't receive any response yet on the petition I created 24 hours ago.)

I am still having problems getting this resolved. I have petitions opened on 2 accounts that are expired and its been 2x days w/o my main and cyno accounts now. I have tried multiple credit/debit cards, tried from work also from iphone, still no luck.

still waiting here- almost 3 days now, i received a generic msg from a dev on my petition, but still nothing has been done- my money is floating in cyberspace,bank cant get it,ccp wont take it -wtf not gna try n resub cause my bank acc is empty now
i also have it set to automatically resub.
can i haz my moneyz back??

I've had this problem a few times and I just go buy a time card and by the time payment rolls around it seems to work again.

yeah well i'd do that if i didnt have my last subscription payment floating in space- exactly 3 days now and still no fix-worst thing is i was due for a skill change when all this started

My corp mate had to try a couple of times as well. It went through on the third time he tried. This is what he said it looks like on his subscription page in 'my account'
