5% extra drone hp per level for a rank two skill is not cost effective. It's pretty much useless after level 1, which you need for Repair Drone Operation. The certs put high emphasis on this skill as well so if you go for training efficiency instead of cert showboating, you wont be able to get the drone certs to a very high level, even though you are otherwise well trained in drone skills.

And the bonus of high level certs is?
Right, nothing.

No, thats just a minimally useful skill, now tactical shield manipulation is a BAD skill, it actually makes passive tanks easier to break... (though it also allows T2 shield hardeners) ç¦ |

I disagree, I've got it at level 5 and the 25% difference definitely helps. For drone ships drones are their weapons, giving your weapons a 25% better chance at surviving helps in the long-run. Combine it with drone interfacing and you have some pretty strong drones :)

Take a look at the bonuses on an Ishtar, Dominix or Moros.
I've been in many fights where without improved Drone Durability I'd be purchasing new drones instead of repairing the ones I already have.

How do you figure this? So I guess you like damage seeping through your shields into your armor?
