I just starting trying out COSMOS agents. Several of them need special items before they hand out missions. I have two questions.
Firstly, it is not obvious where to get these special items but maybe this is supposed to be the case. I am presuming that they are from other agents in the same corp - and if so that the relevant agents are in different COSMOS regions. I've tried all the low ranking agents in a single COSMOS region but haven't found the items. Would someone please give me a clue what to do (or are the missions borked)?
Secondly, when I tried to get missions from agents that subsequently asked me for special items, the storyline missions were added to my Journal as "Not Accepted". If I fail to find the special items to enable me to accept those missions and the mission expires, have I lost my chance with those agents, or will I be able to go back to them once I have found the items and do the missions?
Noobness here I'm sure, but I'm not a mission runner.
Ciao, Flo'

It's exactly like that, you lost the chance .. I wouldn't start cosmos missions without a detailed guide.

I've seen that before, and it's almost useless if you don't speak German. The Babelfish translation is garbled; I suppose that's only to be expected with a computer translation. Does anyone have a good translation of that, or a link to an English page that covers the same info in detail? ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

i had no problem understanding the translation. it does take a bit of common since to figure out a few small parts of the translation though... ____________________

The mission briefings themselves are fine. Parts of the guide I can understand. But with the translation errors and the garbled syntax makes it hard to understand some of the hints and tips. It might not be important, but it might be vital. ______________________________________________________ Isn't it enough to know that I ruined a pony making a gift for you? |

Thank you for your helpful responses chaps.
CCP, your COSMOS mission design team utterly sucks, and this from a CCP fanboi.
If you're interested CCP I'll give a detailed explanation why, but my second question in my original post points the way.
