That doesn't really make sense, but what about preventing them if they're target jammed? The jamming could prevent the ship's computer from linking with the station to be pulled in

well what they should do tbh, is as soon as you have commited aggression, you have to not be INVOLVED in agression for a little while be4 you can dock, meaning if you shoot at someone, stopping shooting and tanking thjere damage for a while wont let you dock again, the guy shooting you will also have to stop shooting you for a while, be4 you could dock.
would be so mutch better imo :o

this is the better idea, as when docking your not warping. or maybe a anti-docking module type thing like a warp scrambler

Or...
Special modules to give Black Ops frigs a purpose ;)
Such as: Docking Inhibitor -Prevents Docking-
Jumpgate Inhibitor -Prevents activation of jumpgates-
Only useable on black ops frigs, etc.
Could work well ;) --------------------------------------------------

Does multiple webbing prevent redocking already?
Unless there is a counter to redocking people who are camped can just redock if they get attacked upon undocking. Without it seems that one needs some serious firepower to be always present if one is going to camp stations.

What about communications jammer, preventing them from transmitting jump and dock requests. The module could also lock out sending to the chat channels until the effects wear off, although you'd have to account for the fact that in-game chat may not be the user's only form of communications.

Warping and docking is two very deferent things if you make a Dock scrambler (like the warp scrambler) then yeah NP but it should be a seperate module Thank You Paw Sandberg
