EvE has a lack of developer bandwidth issue right now. That's why it's suffering. To insinuate that the community is somehow responsible for this is foolish. |

Every last one of us is a CCP employee, you should be very concerned about the safety of your babies, we are like dingos. ...clearly the Ishukone Watch Scorpion is the fifth horseman of the Apocalypse, i.e. the Brown Rider, otherwise known as Poopie. |

Please learn how cause and effect works. Inaddition: "Hardcore gaming has taken a backseat in the whole MMO market, I see big budget F2P/P2W on the horizon, hardcore gamers are now a niche market sadly" Eve has always been a niche game for a niche market, a large part of the discontent you see expressed on these forums is due to Eve Online changing direction and attempting to follow the market. We know Eve will never have massive global appeal - trying to force it to behave like a game that will is stupid.
You forgot: Seriously low-intelligence GMs as well as non-existant graphics programmers / client code optimizers.
Those two are what makes me seriously consider just quitting Eve and not look back at all. |

I'm not referencing reasons why numbers are heading in the direction they are - that is the job of The Thousand Paper Cuts Project.

We should sit down and shut up and be good golden geese that give money whenever CCP wants it.
Expressing your opinion is one thing. Crying angrily with rage and threatening to go back to WoW, leaving death threats here and there, are another. (Yes, I have seen death threats.)

It sure is. I do agree that its about time CCP learned about cause and effect. I won't hold my breath for CCP to go bankrupt, but I might go out and have a nice dinner and use that as a reason |
