At any given moment in this game there are countless Corps and Alliances looking for an opportunity to make a name for themselves... New and old players joining together for a fresh start ...... Searching for a fight which they can post the details of what most corporations these days are calling an "Epic" battle.... and kick start thier time, thier adventure, where months and years from now they get to say......"Remember when......"
Every week I see new Merc Corps or Pirate Corps looking to break into the "business" only to get slammed on the forums for not having a well populated Killboard and experience to be considered "good enough". To these Corps I say what could be better than getting an evemail from me providing the exact time and place where your Corp or Alliance can populate your Killboard and gain the "Fleet Battle" experience/training required to make a name for yourself?
To date I maintain a short, and expanding, list of 25 clients that manage low sec POS structures which at times are attacked and put into reinforced mode. Traditionally this gives me more than 24 hours to identify and pass on the details to a single Corp/Alliance for an effective defense which has been rather succesful to date. Currently the Corp/Alliance leaders that I have been working with thus far are wrapped up in 0.0 issues and I have realized that this a unique opportunity to build new relationships and new reputations..
For any and all weekend warriors, work day Pirates, or noob Mercs..... I kick open the doors to Hot Drops "Fight Club". First rule of Fight Club is......bring your new rifter, drake, or Megathron, there will be a fight, you might get your ass kicked, or you might kick some ass, but eitherway your going to get a rush!
Over the next few weeks I will be generating a large list of Fight Club corp/alliance contacts so evemail and let me know you are interested. As with how I have been operating to date, your interest will be kept confidential. As opportunities come in I will evemail them out to you and through discussions, I will select the most responsive fighter (Corp/Alliance).
He/she will then be the only one given the exact details of where the fight will be and can then go back to plan the attack with the Corp mates. After that..... fights on...
Oh....and by the way...forget Rule #4.... you want to bring friends to the fight, bring em on!!

1st rule of fight club: Move to where and shoot whatever I tell you to.
2nd rule of fight club: Bring your own ships for my own private agender without any hope of reimbursment.
3rd rule of fight club: Recruit as many friends as you can to do my bidding.
I could go on
Quote: Oh....and by the way...forget Rule #4.... you want to bring friends to the fight, bring em on!!
Think you forgot the 2nd and 3rd rule too.
Someone deal with this.

The First rule of Fight Club is - you do not make threads about Fight Club. The Second rule of Fight Club is - you DO NOT make threads about Fight Club.

Third Rule of Fight Club is you make a thread about it so as many people as possible know about the idea and can get some great fights
Even though existing Corps that profit from either side of the POS issue will try to derail the idea
Don't worry, there are a few Merc Corps out there that I have worked out these details with so if you are nervous feel free to convo me...... before you have 200 + flooding your system looking for something to kill as your siege cycle sloooowly winds down

Ok, thatÆs one hell of a wall of text but after reading it all it sounds like it could be a crazy good time!!
A few questions to make sure I get this right, and I am hoping a Merc will jump in to confirm the first one:
òWith the ôTyler Durdenö award being worth 250 Mill and paid by Hot Drops, is this typically in line with what Mercs are currently charging to help defend a POS in this same situation?
òI added your chat channel to my listing and noticed that you will be posting POS timers & dates in here so we can check on upcoming events. Will you also be sending out evemails to people interested and request updates?
òWill you limit the opportunity to 1 ôFighterö Corp/Alliance, or if a few want to team up for the event will this allowed.
òMost of the ideas in EVE tend to be pretty generic, or in most cases are a scam, would you be willing to put the ôTyler Durdenö prize money in Chribas hands to hold and distribute once the fight is done?
I might have a few more questions if you donÆt mind but I think this idea sounds just Great!! If this thing lifts off we could be looking forward to ôFight Nightö battle reports from the Corps involved and many other spin offs which could be a ball!

No problem with the questions / more the better and answers in yellow:
ò With the ôTyler Durdenö award being worth 250 Mill and paid by Hot Drops, is this typically in line with what Mercs are currently charging to help defend a POS in this same situation? Good question and I think it actually surpasses the cost of a War Dec, so I expect this will bring some more of the heavy hitters to the table for these fights. So far I have received 4 evemails form some good size Merc corps confirming that they would like to take a look when they come up.
ò I added your chat channel to my listing and noticed that you will be posting POS timers & dates in here so we can check on upcoming events. Will you also be sending out evemails to people interested and request updates? Evemails will go out as well. I don't expect people to stay in the channel, only check it for updates or ask questions.
ò Will you limit the opportunity to 1 ôFighterö Corp/Alliance, or if a few want to team up for the event will this allowed. If the Chosen CEO decides he/she would like to blue another Fight Club Corp then they can contact them. The Corps that are not selected for the Fight will not be told who was. The Corp selected will be told who the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Corps were and they can contact whom they would like and ask them to join in if they want.
ò Most of the ideas in EVE tend to be pretty generic, or in most cases are a scam, would you be willing to put the ôTyler Durdenö prize money in Chribas hands to hold and distribute once the fight is done? As you can see I have been putting a good amount of time and effort into my business and in this game it only takes on f*ck up and your reputation is down the tubes. I have and continue to be honest with everyone I have done business with in this game and I do not plan to start f*cking people over now. I do however realize that people are more apt to distrust you than trust you in EVE so I would gladly hand Chribba the " Tyler Durden " to hold for distribution after the Fight
Keep the questions coming and lets get this thing going!! - MM

I'm going to be blunt.
This idea is the epitome of uncreativity. It's a fat smelly turd.
