So, because CCP nerfed the warring gang invite trick back in June or July 2008, I'm looking for new options to gank high sec mission runners that happen to be in ships that have one too many faction + deadspace mods.
Is there any way to possibly trapping this mission runners anymore besides dec'ing their corp? Or has CCP truly made high sec safe for carebears?

pretty much your only option is to steal loot or ninja salvage and hope they're silly enough to shoot at you. |

Suicide ganking is still a valid tactic, though you will need more ships and coordination than before to pull it off. If your target is an active tanker (CNR, Golem, etc.), I would suggest neuting their cap to hell so that your damage plus the NPC damage is enough to break their tank before CONCORD shows up. Don't forget to have an alt nearby to scoop the loot. |

So you are looking for virtually risk free high rewards, and a guide as to how to do it. I've heard there are some guides on flea bay that may fit your needs

Fly into mission deadspace -> Salvage (To make yourself look like a ninja) -> Steal loots. If they shoot you, come back in gankship.
For extra points, have a friend in an inty/frig nearby to bump the guy continuously so he can't warp out.

Well, war dec'ing was going to be my next step if no one wanted to throw around some good ideas and possibly see this 4bill CNR with officer/deadspace mods I've had my eye on for awhile go boom w/ a thread to boot.

Yeah, was already thinking about doing this, but it's almost a surefire way to make them suspicious if I do decide to war dec.
Anyways, hopefully I'll tag this CNR by the end of the month and have a thread up here.

ok dont know if what im gonna tell you still works but promise you keep it to china farmers.
im assuming by warring gang invite you meen this?
create an alt and have that alt create a corp then war dec your alt. now you have to find someway to get the chinafarmer to join fleet with you... you need to fleet him though so you can quickly invite yourself, warp, then leave fleet. have him open in private chat also - ask him something there, when he responds fleet yourself so he wont notice.
or did you meen the have your corp members apply to join corp then invite to corp as they land on target?
At first I was like, I'm gonna violate you. But then I was like, I'm gonna violate you.

Grind Rats. Get Bounties off head. Join thier corp. Kill all you want but don't ever Dock in a station again as they can then kick you from Corp.

Once you know their ship, or in case of caldari the mission they are in, it's all over for them. |

Indeed it can, so i suggest fitting a PvP specific tank. Also make sure you don't release drones cos they may draw aggro from group 1, also group 2 maybe be big DPS and smack talk heavy!
Please visit your user settings to re-enable images.
TIP: -Group 1 will drop the mission item!

I believe the 'current' trick is to get an alt to dec them and do nothing (or just enough to keep the dec going) for a few weeks. Apply to get in to your alts corp. Follow the mission runner out (hunt him, whatever) and when you find him, approve yourself joining the corp. WTFPWN him.
Just don't then immediately jump OUT of corp because that's an exploit.. You have to sit in your noob alts corp until the wardec expires.. Nothing says you have to undock, but its kinda boring..
You'll get tears, and probably petitioned..

I didn't fraps the Heron "kill" actually. I shot a Probe, which warped out and came back in a Typhoon. Get your facts straight, McFlimsy The Heron was a few days earlier and that was a noblet, so I didn't expect him to return with teeth like I expected this guy to do. But yeah, if you PvP fit the Nightmare, it's nasty.
Anyone who does not believe it, go look at EVE Files for "Burning EVE 4". DHB Wildcat = Awesome ^^
(Of course, there's that troublesome part of having to throw ridiculous amounts of isk at it for it to REALLY shine )
Balance is important, but you will always adapt to changing circumstances and you don't whine about stuff you can't change. |

Pure evil...and borderline exploit. But if I saw an unknown guy inside my mission a ship that could threaten me AND I was wardecced, and paranoid enough to warp out

Sort of off topic, but first get a HG Crystal set and train Biology so you can use at least standard blue pill. It helps, shatloads. Saves on the fitting as well.
My fit looks like this:
Highs: 4x Megapulse 2x Heavy NOS
Mids: 1x XL-shield booster 1-2x Boost amps 0-1x Webs (replace an amp if you want web) 2x Invulnerability Fields 1x Disruptor or long range scram (faction) 1x Heavy Cap booster
Lows: 4x Heat sink 1x DCU
T2 / Faction / Deadspace as your economy allows. Important parts for faction/deadspace is primarily on the tank part. Invuls from T2 to DG does a lot, as does the booster (duh). Pith-A Type is good bang for the buck, CN works, T2 is okay-ish but your boost is gonna suffer a bit here. Pith-X is zomg, but horridly expensive :D
Shield amps should be around 40% bonus, so Pith-B types or equivelant officer type works.
If you need more info, start looking at Burning EVE 4. Wildcat has the fit spot on and knows how to handle that ship. He does, however, keep a Falcon alt cloaked nearby in case crap hits the fan. I don't have that luxury :/ |

I'm cute, not daft. But all it takes is for you to run a locator agent. Good luck, my man. I spend less and less time running missions these days though so it might take a while before you find the right system. |

if you want a fight, and i mean a real balls to the wall fight, use an assault frig to kill ravens.
Use a ship scanner on your probe ship to look for CNR's without EM or Thermal resist, then start ninja looting with your Retribution. You will find that little red flashies are easier to shoot at then big red flashies. |

That's actually not a half bad idea. I'll have to try that on my evil alt. Thanks for the tip :D |
