Morrt	Posted - 2009.01.18 15:53:00 - [1] Sup guys I am looking to purchase a new character as I am getting bored of Amarr. I am willing to pay anywhere from 12 to 17 billion for a Gallente spec pvper. I strongly prefer the character be focused almost exclusively on Gallente. Capital skills are a bonus and I will pay more for a cap pilot but if you have a really nice sub cap pilot I am more then happy to look at it as I have little intention to fly caps much in the immediate future. I STRONGLY prefer the character to have cybernetics 5 and all fitting skills 5. I also want the character to have very nice gunnery skills and very few wasted skill points in non combat related skills. Gallente Battleship 5 is a must. Gallente cruiser 5 is a must. Gallente frigate 5 is a must. Strongly prefer it to have battlecruiser 5 and be able to fly command ships within a few days. Being able to fly Carriers well is a big plus.
