Are they going to be more powerfull then t2? more resistance? more slots possible over all? more then 4 bonuses?
or are they just going to be ships with resistance that you can move slots around and make them look different and pick your bonuses yourself?
thx Then the bears came and started yelling and screaming at me, there were nothing I could do about it, like you cannot help but read my signature. |

They will be HAC's with few bil pricetags most likely. It's a wild speculation tho so dont hold your breath over it. As far as dev answer goes you are unlikley to get it as they are planning to relase details in several devblogs and might have promised some exclusive 'sneak peeks' to various websites or magazines for headline space.

Obviously there is no reason for devs to tell you that until the stuff hits the test server in a few weeks time.
But, what we know is that you will have 5 parts, and one skill for each part (offense, defence, powercore, propulsion, sensors).
It's quite plausible to assume the ships will have 5 bonuses, each affected by one skill, assigned by one of the ships parts.
This would give us ships with 5 differing bonuses each, pretty well inline with the 4 bonuses of T2 ships.

T3 will be over estimated as a feature. Hardly anyone will fly them as they're so damned expensive in pvp, only used by mission runners and ppl with too much isk.
I also think wormholes will be over-rated. It sounds cool "journey to unknown sectors" but I bet its just a deadspace pocket that you salvage, but appears in no exact system (big whoop).
/end rant
But you never know, they may actually make it worthwhile...hmmm EVE history

Could someone hand over a nice clickable link to these alleged T3 ships? All I know is I read the forums monday morning and everyone's talking about it, yet there's nothing in the dev blog section, or anywhere else for that matter except loose speculations :\

options to each capartment so like cheap ones prolly found in empire wormholes to 0.0 types more saught after.
but question is the more powerfull the more sp's to find/crack them and fit then thats even a level 5 business so basically decades of skill training invloved

Everyone said the exact same thing when tech 2 came out, and yet look at the situation today. |

I'm guessing that T3 will follow the certification planner. You probably noticed how annoying it's to get a V in that thing, so my guess is that you will need V skills in the certification planner to use T3 modues....err...ship-modules...well those "modules" that make the T3 Ships!
Damn, what are they called? Stop whining. |

Hull sections? And you are wrong, you won't need any of that :) Just skills off of a tree, prolly something like Jury Rigging 5 or some other focal skill.
