Acually i'm kinda in the same situation as you mate... except i'm gallente/minmatar instead of gallente/caldari...
Not sure how many SP you got or how your charactersheet looks like... Personally i'm speccing up drones heavily and after that i'm gonna go crazy on leadership skills... Post a link to your skills for more solid advice

Get these trained at the very least before crosstraining. You'll have a much better basis for utilising other races' ships once you've got the damage skills setup well.

AWU 5 is overrated.  It's more of a convenience than a tangible benefit because only few setups depend on the extra PG and 90% of the time you can find a workaround with minimal drawbacks (especially by utilising low-end faction gear). I don't even have it myself. One day I'm going to train it, that's for sure, but for now I still have other skills that take priority. 
P.S. Capitals are boring. I wouldn't wish them on anybody. 
It's all about maximizing your potential... Sure you can find workarounds for a lot of stuff but either it's more expensive, less effective or both... It's a pain figuring out a perfect setup and then failing because you're a few pg short... Takes a few days, i know, but it's not TOO bad...
EDIT: just looked at your attributes... i can understand why you haven't bothered yet

Been kicking myself for 4 years for choosing Intaki. Kind of ironic if you look at how much I have in gunnery + sp cmd. 
Hehe yeah... "Only" have 12 mil SP in gunnery myself and i have 24/20 Per/Will...
