It's how I launched my IPO way back, yet I furphied it a little. The problem with doing it the "proper" way is that mods can percieve it as cross-posting. My sales thread simply listed: - How many (units) were for sale. - How much per unit - Returns - Purchasing instructions. - Link to MD discussion on the IPO with full details, criticisms, counter-criticisms etc. - Request for friendly bump if you purchase. Then did all the actual discussions here, since: - WTS is prohibited in here (WTS Shares plz!) - Discussions (in general) are prohibited in WTS section. So generally there's no home for a WTS with discussion, especially with anti-bumping rules.

And from my expirence Mods only bother you if they are duplicate posts... non-duplicate posts on the same subject are usually left alone.

I have no special connections to any auditors, so I doubt I would be much help to you in arranging your audit. The thread I linked to describes what such an audit is all about, and I noticed that Kazuo Ishiguro, an experienced and eminently suitable auditor (in my opinion) has made a reservation in your sales thread, so perhaps that's another person for you to contact if Chribba prefers to focus on other activities. As to when, there's no time like the present! It has been a couple of days since you expressed a willingness to be audited. Go for it any time time now! Seeing the results might shake a few more investors out of the money tree for you.

Frankly, it's starting to look like you are dragging your heels regarding being audited. You are discussing auditing here and in another thread, but have you contacted Chribba or Kazuo Ishiguro or anyone else yet? Just do it, already!

This post is to confirm that Loney has been talking to me about audits, however as I am unskilled in said area I've decided not to throw myself into something I cannot perform the best at. However I have received Loney's API information, and can verify that Loney/CDRD are in possession of several blueprints in regards to supercap/capital/capital component productions. And are on regular basis using said blueprints to manufacture their outputs. Also confirming that there are several market orders selling above mentioned products. While this is not an audit of any form, this post is to confirm some of the assets available to CDRD at the time of api-retreival as asked by Loney. Secure 3rd party service

Although it isn't an audit, this is a positive development en route to getting the whole enterprise audited, and it addresses the concern I raised in my previous post.

I have no doubt you will raise your capital, but this goes to show why the best IPO managers get their money VERY quickly. Sound business Excellent reporting Consistent payouts as advised Important updates if required MD presence Happy investors you have a sound business, and won't scam but that further attention to detail and reporting to your investors would have meant this would have sold out in the hr. If Ray had launched this, 50B would be snapped up in under 2 hrs (no plan really needed)!!

Yeah, I konw i have some "making up" to do, from last time... so im sure that slowed sales some. Also, my previous 70B IPO released on a thrudsay and it was sold out in about 48 hours or so.
