Hey ho forum goers!
I apologize for not posting this to CAOD, but I'm unable.
I come to you as the newest columnist for Eve Network News. I write the news that few ever see, everyone talks about, and no-one agrees upon. I write the 0.0 war correspondence, Potentia Vox.
So, what does this mean to you?
A chance to spotlight your greatest triumphs! A freedom to highlight your enemies failures! Another's voice to tell the inside drama you're not allowed to tell yourself!
In short - my column is nothing without your current event war stories, and your war stories have no glory without an audience to envy them. So, help me make you and yours famous - contact me, either through eve-mail or email through the ENN site, to setup your interview.

Good read. I avoid CAOD like the black death, so I've been needing a new source of 0.0 news. ----------------

Good read! For some one just half a dozen jumps from the GBC/Goon front I know surprisingly little about the current war... Keep me informed! |

with nearly 75% of all major alliances engaged in this conflict, i would think that to cover anything else would be lunacy
edit: news dude, feel free to evemail me for some accounts of the front lines |

The reports will focus primarily on the biggest struggles, which means the biggest alliances. That said, something newsworthy doesn't necissarily happen every week between GBC and GS, so some articles may be concerning other fronts - Providence or Great Wildlands being two possibilities in the chute currently :)

Fair point. But sometimes it's fun to hear about other fights than "The Big Two" ----------------

Okay lets see:
1.) DG-8JV is in Detorid, not in Querious, or even near Querious.
2.) "One of these conditions û every system in a constellation must be under the Sov4 AllianceÆs control. The important fact here? POS in a Sov4 system can not be in any way attacked"
Two parts of this are wrong. First, you need sov in 51% of the systems of a constellation, one Sov 3, and three outposts to have Constellation Sov. If in fact, Bob were to take DG-, we would still have Sov 4 in the constellation if another outpost were dropped. It doesn't matter who has the other 49%.
POSes in Sov 4 systems can not be locked, that is true, but in "any way" is somewhat of a misnomer here, because all the modules anchored outside the shields can still be shot and incapped.
3.) The Spy was not bought. You are referring to something else there.
4.) " to ôdowngradeö the constellation from Sov4." DG- is not the Sov 4 constellation, and would go down to Sov 1. The Sov level you have doesn't actually matter anyway.
5.) "However, whether or not the GBC will be able to keep DG- from the ferociously defending Swarm is still anyoneÆs game, and itÆs still uncertain whether the Northern Coalition will come to the GoonÆs aid in retaking the system."
BoB have already decided to stage back in H-ADOC and pull back from DG-. Not only is the NC already helping, but there are actually Razor POS sitting in DG-.
These are just the first things I noticed and didn't delve into it deeply.

1. Blatant failure on my part. I'm unable to edit the article once it's posted, but will print a correction in the update in the next edition. Thanks :)
2. Also a misunderstanding on my part. Will also be noted in the next edition.
3 & 4. I'm afraid my information is only as good as the sources I can find. If you'd like to setup a time for an interview to give your own information, I'd gladly make the time :)
5. Yes. The DG- situation changed VERY rapidly after I submitted the article. The rapid nature of 0.0 wars is definitely going to be -the- challenge in this column. An update will be part of Friday's article, showing the radical change in position from when I wrote it :)
Appreciate the feedback, honestly. :) |

it is a informed thread but there are major details which you have yet to put , including the goons quips just earlier up you fail to mention any NC presence at all in the post even though for the last few days drone coalition Russians, NC have been in DG. the goons havn't been defending there space by themselves.
this is a fair balanced answer i am given being part in one of the sides of the conflict.
i havnt even heard of this high directorate goon either, i am just awear it was a regular goon who un click the jump bridge for support to aid there carrier and dreads. this is the only goon backstabbing i have heard to date with this southern war.
my advice as a ex ENN reportorial, if you have doubt about your sources i wouldn't put them in so that you remain unbiased as possible as the wrong facts could put your coulomb into some kind of favoritism of one of the participants.
if you are not already actually do some field journalism and come to these systems like i did with my factional warfare. all the stories i picked up on the field give it a much better account, plus you would of seen our amazing conga ! |

I can confirm for you guys there was in fact a director level spy. However, I can't go into details on it.
While allies have been around, we did fit out one full fleet (255 I believe), and a second almost full fleet (probably capped at 180-200), of only goons one night. |
