Fit one out and test it on sisi or even better just fit one out and use it in your next gang op. Nothing beats a live fire exersice to weed out the /fail eft fits.  |

I don't like it personally, any Matari BS with a shield booster fitted best be a Maelstrom in my eyes.
Yuck on Hail as well. It has its uses, but I definitely don't recommend using it as your main ammo.

I like how you threw this together in EFT for maximum DPS and tank. I can tell because you have dual invulns and a SB fitted instead of 2 LSEs and a TP, rigs that try to give you an omni active tank and using hail ammo but no cap booster.
After all, everyone needs some type of spacer in their sigs to show it's not part of the post.

Well shield tanking on a Tempest is a NO NO when it's about close range fits.
And yeh, that setup might be fun for you to use until you meet another Tempest with the setup i use. Your ship will probably be destroyed long before i enter 50% armor on my Tempest.
And you don't want to know how fast that setup would melt to a Neutron Mega lol.
Yes you might squeeze some more DPS out of the Tempest with a shield tank, but that doesn't help when your going down like 50% faster than we do in an armor tanked Tempest. Or in a Semi-Active & Passive armor tank Tempest like i use.
