Rancer. Safest way from 0.0. Just make sure you're in something frigate sized and warp gate to gate, the quicker you get through the safer you are.

*shrug* Might as well answer his question, even though this probably isn't where it should be.
Your best bet to get a buddy with a jump-capable ship (Carrier/Dread/Rorq/JF) to take it to lowsec. Assuming he doesn't get ganked before docking, that's a 100% safe method. Alternately if you don't have access to any cap ship pilots, stuff it into a covops with cloak, and fly to empire yourself. More dangerous (gatecamps, bubbles) but if you're careful and know what you're doing you should make it out ok. |

Either have someone you trust jump them, or take them yourself in a covops or force recon. You can also run them in any fast-aligning frigate, but it's much riskier. |

Black ops jump portal, prowler with covops cloak. Not as big of a target as a normal cyno hauling op.

Best way is to use a blockade runner (T2 transport).
Speed fit it with nano & inertia instead of hauling capacity. Use a covops cloak and a domination mwd.
With polycarbs you will insta warp and if u jump into a buble u will shoot off before anyway can even speed up enough. |

Covop is better then BR for BP's.
If you have your route plotted, and DO end up in a bubble, activate AP (yes, really), hit MWD, so you will insta jump when in jumprange of the gate. Disable AP right after you jumped, and continue your journey, using WTZ.

If you really have 20 bp's it would be downright foolish to try to fly them out all at once even in a cov-ops. For gods sake find someone to jump them down to low-sec. A proper gate camp with drones out to keep you from insta-recloaking and interceptors to get locks on you will still take out a cov-ops at a gate right proper. |

I have been through my fair share of gate camps and bubbles.
The best ship to use is a covert ops frigate because of the fact that you can cloak warp and you still keep your speed during cloaking.
Use a covert ops cloak in a high
in the lows, use a Inertia Stab II, Nano Fiber II and for the rigs, I would use Hyperspace Velocity Optimizers to increase your warp speed.
If you time it right, you can activate your cloak short after you warp to next gate and not even a ceptor will have time to lock you. Since you also will be able to speed at over 400km/s depending on your skills, a ceptor has a very low chance of getting within range to decloak you if you end up in a bubble and need to move out. And if your worried, you can use the MWD cloak trick and a ceptor pilot would have to be on his greatest luck to decloak you at that point. |

You can run one cycle of a MWD after initiating cloak, if you do it before the cloak cycles once (5 seconds). This is typically done to escape bubble camps in 0.0, on a gate you just jumped through. Smart people move off in a random direction away from the gate, cloak, engage mwd, then warp when they're out of the bubble. Dumb people occasionally get decloaked and caught because they align directly to the the next gate.
You can use the same trick to quickly align and "insta-warp" a non-covops/recon/transport ship with an Improved Cloak, but it takes a bit of practice and won't always get you out of a warp bubble (though it does more often now due to the gate size increase in the recent patch).

I'd highly recommend a scout - get a trusted corpie or three to help out. If you've got uber isk value to move, give your corpmates each a fitted covops to help you out (what, 25m isk each total outlay?) or a % of the profits and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help out.
Don't trust your corpmates, or fly solo? Dual box and scout yourself. Put both in a covops if possible, or scout in a shuttle or intie and the pilot hauling the BPCs in a covops.
And for the love of Jove, I hope the pilot you posted this question with isn't going to be involved in the movement of this or any other high value assets, as you've just put a big red target on your back for any and all highsec gankers in the game. Just getting loot to Empire does not = safe.

there is nowhere said, that he cant invest time in preparation. if he cant get it jumped out with Carrier (or Dread/JF), he can still do it in a CovOps. Just get Booksmarks of the gates to see if there is a gatecamp (400km off the gate)and check the important systems for last kills. if there is a bigger camp, just log of and come back few hours later.

Sell them in 0.0 for 20% less then empire prices on contract.
Sure you loose 20% of your potential Empire sale price, but you also completely eliminated the risk of making Nothing

Make Sure you put the BP in a secure container with a Password. IF you were to die or came into a gate camp, first thing to do is JETTISON the secure cargo container? or ANCHOR it before you die; that way you can come back and recover the BP. Use a Scout forward and behind you and fit a cloaking device... Let's recapt OPTIONS:
1. Use a cyno capable friend. 2. Use a scout 2 jumps forward and 2 behind you. Keep a cloak device fitted. 3. Keep Blueprint inside a secure cargo container with a password setup. 4. Sell it to me for 1 isk :P 5. Use a Black Ops or Titan pilot to bridge you thru short cuts.
Good luck |

Edited by: Heikki on 04/02/2009 14:00:01 In reverser order:
* DO NOT Use cov op or any other small ship
- You'll be vulnerable to bubble/smartbomb methods even if local has singe pilot. Cov op is darn safe if you're familiar with it and act carefully. This is likely not the case if you needed to ask.
* DO NOT Use any bigger convetional ship, you'll be vulnerable to normal camps
* DO NOT ask friend to help with capitals, or BO/Titan bridges, unless he pays collateral first. Chance to scam 10B+ is tempting.
* DO NOT bother with any secure can tricks. They wont stop scanners, and can always be looted or destroyed by hostiles.
This leaves your options to: - Use third party giving full collateral - Use your own capital ship + wasteable cynoalts. JFs are safe though slow/expensive way. Even with this method you need to be damn familiar with station bumping rules, and cyno placement.
And actually the best option last: * DO USE cov op scout and Black Op BS. - Main cargo not at risk by any camp - In the final lowsec system next to highsec, you can just cyno in and warp towards highsec gate before anyone is able to probe you. - In highsec you have high enough tanking + cloak/align/warp options to avoid even serious attempts to gank
Oh, and I can do the hauling to Jita for you with full collateral backup, but we would be talking of few hundreds mils fee.
-Lasse who really really wishes more people ferried valuable stuff in cov ops..
