That being a "Resupply Ship"
This ship would hold ammo and fuel for Corporations or large fleets. Most likely it would be very slow and vulnerable but could have bonuses that would make it difficult if not impossible to scan down.
Any thoughts on this ship, perhaps some ideas to flesh this out ?

Or pretty much any Indu.
Feel free to fit cloak and or some plating/tanking.
In other words: The resupply ship has been available for years. :-)

I would rather see a eve version of the Monitor class.
Maybe something like a t2 destroyer hull with the ability to mount 2 battleship guns with a dual bonus to tracking and a damage bonus.

so what you described is a
carrier,
industrial ship
transport ship
orca
freighter
jump freighter
being imporrisble to scan is game braking, why dont you just use a cloak in it place |

How about a System Defence Boat... not able to use stargates, limited to the System it is made in or transported to by another ship. Has more High/Med/Low slots than a ship of comparable size.

Last time I checked you could not get into a POS and warp around in the system with it...

Last time I checked you could not get into a POS and warp around in the system with it...
you never said warp you said system defence , nothing more defencive than a deathstar pos tbh except maybe 2 deathstar pos's and a set of deathstar pos gunners

something similiar to a blockade runner but with access to a corp hanger. So you could warp to an engagement/pos/safespot and corp members could pull needed ammo out instead of you dropping cans all over the place between 2 minute timers (like hoping between dreads who are in siege).
Then again a tractor beam on a blockade runner isn't that bad of an idea either. |

a sub for huntin cloaked ships,
give it some kind of sonar mod, and some kind of weapon it can fire while cloaked that will uncloak the the ship its huntin for the gang to finnish off.
