I'm having this issue as well actually. Except in VLC, where it just sits there and does nothing while spamming errors -_- |

Im about 30miles north of london, BT Broadband.
LQ: Stream is mostly ok. Video breaks up occasionaly, but audio remains fine. HQ: Unwatchable, buffering every 5/6 secs.

I am from Germany - the video feed is laggy - at the start (before the first fight begun) there was no problem. With the start of the second match, the feed is really poor.
=> it seems that you underestimated the needed bandwith

Don't bother to ask help @ support @ totalstream.net.
You'll receive just idiotic:
Hello It may be an issue with your ISP Dennis Nugent WCIX.Net, Inc.
And yes, I never had an issue with my ISP before!

Stream Quality is pathetic. Ok during the people on the set. BAD BAD BAD during the matches. Is this 1997?

Edited by: Dahak2150 on 07/02/2009 16:16:36 Stream is terrible. Video stops and starts constantly, audio drops out, be it low or high.
Can't even read the names on high quality either.
Edit: Seconding the don't bother with email. I just get fobbed off with "It may be your ISP."
Well gee, thanks, I'll go get my wrench and head over there and straighten this all out.

I got a "It's probably your computer" and a link to the low quality stream from totalstream, because an error message that I pasted said that it might be because of my computer.
Overall pretty pointless to contact them I feel. Yes, the low quality stream works, but I don't understand why the "high quality" stream, which isn't even that much better won't work considering my internet connection and computer. It's ridiculous. |

Its something with the Stream, I can get a steady 2meg down off of my off site data backup across the US but both the low and high streams lose audio occasionally and video is slideshow most of the time.

UK Virgin, 20Mb. Breaking constantly.
It's likely it's not CCP though. More likely it's because Virgin (and the other ISPs) aren't prioritising streaming traffic through their network correctly, so all the bit torrenters are ruining your experience....

Same here. I wasn't even gonna say anything, since I got only 2.5 MB here in Israel - but seems like even people closer are getting ****. (Audio is ok, why didn't you stream over the ingame channel aswell? at least it would have been better).
