Jas Dor Minmatar	Posted - 2009.02.11 18:49:00 - [1] Point blank. Within about two months of release you will be forced to fly a T3 ship if you wish to remain relevant in PvP. T3 ships will have the speed advantage of the prenerf nano cruisers combined with more firepower. Anyone not in T3 will simply be PWNed. The skill loss on death will likely mean that non top tier expert PVPers will stop PvPing. Against T3 everything else will die. In a fight between T3 ships you better be damn good or you're going to loose a ton of SPs over time. Part of the problem here is that if T3 ships are nearly invulnerable every blob in the game is going to call them primary in preference to just about everything else, for the added benefit of griefing the T3 pilot (same reason you don't bring a faction BS to a fleet fight really). Names, Dates, Times, Engagements, Losses, Op-Tempo or STFU!

Would be interested in the source since it can't be from sisi otherwise I've to call you dumb. Nothing personal but it'd fact in this case since it was stated in multiple dev posts that the T3 ships are far from finished/balanced some even don't have the 3D model finished yet (gallente anyone?) So you got two options: A) Stop whining an wait till the stuff is finished and TEST IT YOURSELF. B) Quit and give me stuff ----------------------------- OMG THE SKY IS FALLING! Contract me all your stuff so I can save it!

I just threw together an amarrian setup, and my spreadsheet of it actually showed it was very balanced, and this is only the first release of it. It had more armor hp, then a zealot, and could also fit either 5 turrets or 3 turrets and two missile launchers, but it had the resistances of an omen. regardless I would fly it as with T3 it can be setup to do whatever i want, and its something the t1 or t2 obviously doesnt allow.l TL;DR I think this first implementation looks amazing so far.
