Hey There,
I am The Executor of T-F-A Alliance and am looking for some corporation with experience in the game to join me and help me take the alliance to the next level
i know it probably seems stupid asking for someone to come and help but i think it is always better to ask for help than to get nowhere and say nothing even if you dont want to join advise would be greatly appreciated on

Know thyself.
It's really as simple as that. You need an objective perspective of what your corp/alliance is. From there, doesn't really matter what you do and how you try and go about it, ultimately you will build upon your strengths and become a bigger version of what you already are. If you're a euro TZ dominant carebear/industrial alliance you will remain a euro TZ dominant carebear/industrial alliance, no matter if you doubled or tripled your original numbers.
Unfortunately opposites do not attract in Eve, no real pvp corp is going to join an alliance that's perceived to be industrial focused, like groups attract one another. The same is true of TZ coverage as well. You will draw in corps that you know, that you've interacted with, flown or worked with in the past, which means corps who come from similiar time zones as your own.
I'm not saying that it's impossible to build up a multifaceted alliance with a strong presence around the clock, but if you want to do it it must be something you bring at the corp level. If you want to accomplish it you must structure your corporation in order to achieve it. You won't be able to hand recruit corps specialized at various niches to fill in the missing holes in your alliance.
