For additional info, the mission was the three part "illegal activity" one, and the standings log came from Gallente Navy Atron's .... which i sodd cause I had 8 of the big 2.4% standing hits, and there were a lot more then 8 atrons that I killed....

Plus the fact that, because of the advanced learning skills, they offer less relative benefit then they used to. Yes, I know the added SP per attribute point does not change, but the +2 (+1 are still easy to get) just does not mean as much on top...

Give the Arbitrator a look. I love mine. Often, while doing missions, I will not even bother firing up the weapons. Heck, I already carry a remote repairer around to fix up drones that take a hit or two. It's a solid cruiser, it can armor tank...
