1. Randomized Mission Rats. This has been brought up several times in the Ideas and Suggestions forums, and I think it is a good one. Each mission randomly chooses ship spawns from a random pool of ships with point values, until a certain limit is reached. That way, the ships in each mission aren't completely predictable.
2. Shared Bookmarks. It would be great to be able to share bookmarks with people, even if it is just within the corporation.
3. Better Roles. The Roles system as it stands right now is a joke, especially regarding tower access. Why must I give someone the ability to offline the tower just so they can use the research lab? Why can't access be granted on a per-tower basis?
4. Personal Hangar Space in Corporate Hangar Array. It would be great to be able to divide up the space of a Corporate Hangar Array and give people a personal hangar at a tower. This resolves the various dumb ways of trying to prevent theft of personal materials at a tower.
5. Color Blindness Fixes. When I first joined Eve years ago, I had a very difficult time with certain parts of the UI due to red/green color blindness. There was a post by a dev saying that it was going to be fixed. Well, I'm still waiting. In particular, I still have problems determining if a module is active, especially against a bright background.
6. Active Tanking. Even in small-scale PvP, buffer tanks are far more desirable than active tanks. It would be nice to see this addressed - active tanking should be useful for something other than PvE.
7. Moon Mining in Low Sec. Moon miners cannot be anchored in .4 systems. Is .4 low sec space or not?
8. Scan Probe Visibility. It is still poor in some circumstances, especially when the probes are below the plane. It would also be nice to be able to rotate the camera and get a straight top-down view of the solar system.
9. Pirate Logs. These were removed from the drop tables a while ago, even though they offered an incredible way to get people into low-sec space. Pirate Logs were used to direct players to systems with static complexes; CCP removed them since they were largely useless. I think that they added some flavor to the game, and that they could be used to add an entry to your journal's Expedition tab, much like an exploration escalation, in a low-sec system of your current region. This would encourage people to enter low-sec space, especially since you wouldn't need to scan the site down yourself, and provide a new (albeit small) market as well.
10. T2 Ammo. Some of the T2 ammo types have such massive drawbacks that they are never used. It would be great if some of these losers can be looked into. Some of the ammo (Scorch, Barrage, even Conflag isn't THAT bad) is fine, but the rest...

Try this next time you log on. Go to the Display and Graphics options tab. You'll see on the left hand side, near the bottom, an option that says "Present Interval". If it is set to "Interval Immediate", change it to "Interval One".

1) Repair _all_ all. It's a nuisance to have to check each and every single module in station to see if that happens to be the one that is damaged. Just give me the option to repair everything I have in station at once, give me the price and be done with it.
2) Option to use General Freight Containers at a POS. It is already the only container that works inside a freighter, and I got a nasty surprise the first time I tried to use it at a POS.
3) Even better option than nr2 would be 'tabs' like in the corp hangar. Tabs or resizable containers, either way allowing me to make a division between goods while not wasting space due to the container being larger then (the divided part of) the cargo
4) Lower the anchor/unanchor time on reactions / silos. They're meant to stay in place for a long time, there is noting to be gained by spamming them or whatever so I don't see a compelling gameplay mechanics reason for them to take 20 minutes. Guns are much more subject to gameplay mechanics (as long as towers play a role in SOV anyway) and they have been reduced...
5) Give mining drones (some of) the same shortcut commands as normal drones, i.e. let (the shortcut for) 'attack' mine repeatedly. Lacking that, make a shortcut for 'mine repeatedly'
6) Give icons in space a better Z-index (at least for the mouse) than text has. Especially in dense setups it's often hard to click an array. This bring me to the next issue:
7) Highlight or select arrays if I click in them on the Manage POS screen -> Processes -> Production
8) When setting up a contract let me 'show info' the character I'm contracting to _before_ the contract is finalized/active. I pretty much get it right all the time, and if I don't 'cancel' is but a click away, but it does leave a window of a few seconds (provided I check at all). It's very reassuring to verify the recipient before some random dude with a name that differs only a slight bit gets a 0 ISK contract with billions worth of stuff assigned

A toggleable AFK indicator (with options such as "display to corp/alliance/militia only", etc) that appears on your character listing in chat. This could be in the form of the same coloured square for friend listing, but a different colour.

Here's few from me: 1) better usability with eve mails. Just a normal webmail user interface would rock. At least separate folders for human and npc mails. 2) sometimes it takes enormously long for a ship to align before it jumps through a gate. fix it 3) I want to be able to cancel my targeting without having to wait the ship to be targeted so I can untarget it. duh 4) I'd like see better what each weapon or item is shooting at. If I have 3 tractor beams active I have no idea which has which item targeted unless I happen to remember it. Just a single number over the small icon would do wonders. 5) Make the right-click menu into a splash screen like this for better usability: Linky for better usability 6) Allow us to create individual ui settings for each ship we fly. For a pve ship that has drones the ui would be better off being slightly different than in a pvp scrambler frigate or salvager ship. 7) buttons to loot all from a container without having to manually select all and drag. 8) make the "combat ui" less transparent so that you can actually see what modules are active when you end up in a really bright cloud or something 9) anti aliasing 10) better contract search. Ability to view buy and sell orders separately. Also do not include the contract details into the search. It's just annoying when you search for "armor plates" and you get a dozen civilian shield boosters in the search results simply because the contractor manually wrote the text "armor plates" in the "info by issuer" details. Also give us the option to seach identical items. Like when searching for a "dark blood thermic plating" ticking the "seach identical" tick box would also search other items with similar stats, like the amarr, sansha and khanid versions in this case. 11) when you press control the items in the overview would freeze so that you can target what you want without the screen updating causing items to change order at the wrong time causing you to possibly target wrong ship or stuff. 12) make the bottom part of the gui where minimized windows go to act like a windows task bar. And make it always be on top. It's annoying when you have half a dozen windows open and only way to organize and close unneeded is to manually go through each and every window. Also add a button to "show desktop". Pressing the said button would minimize all windows. 13) dozen other ui improvements. Eve needs a better ui. Not to look prettier but to work better.

From my personal experience the hardest thing about organising even simple events like a mining operation (i understand the kind of events u are talking about are more like races and comps etc) is the time zone factor. I would like to see a tool where corp can post an event i.e mining op, and the date and time can be easily- at the click of a button be shown in different timezones.
I agree with the above post- UI is a big issue.
I like ur suggestions, keep it up. I think the most important thing about this game is the social side and keeping the universe player run and expanding on that so that more and more aspects of the game become player driven.

in general, increase the player driven side of the game until almost the whole universe is player driven and NPCs cease to exist. the freedom in eve is great, u wanna be a pirate, a miner, manufacturer, trader, fleet leader and now even a politician (well kinda) u can be =) let the players take charge!

It would be nice if when you hit the repair button in a station only items that can be repaired showed up on the list. Not all the undamaged items.

1)I would like to see more faction ships (so all factions have ships not just main ones EOM, sisters of eve etc) also faction caps(dreads/carriers) and BC + destroyers would be nice.
2)More tech 3 ships + mods.
3)Stock market.
4)Old cyno back!!! Much better than current.
5)More plexes all types + make plexes have sleeper ai or at least to a few.
6)Sub systems for cap ships (engines, drone bay, guns etc) Targetable only by certian ship class/ mods
7)Some way to porbe down cloaky ships(only ships that arent designed to cloak like cloaky ravens etc)
8)Tier 3 bc + tier 2 destroyers.
9)Tier 2+3 Tech 2 bs
10)More systems in 0.0 with system wide effects like some wormhole systems have.

tho i know this thread is a pr stunt in your part to get elected, this is what i would like to see changed
1/ remove local chan.
2/ rework scanner.
3/ add mods, skills to buff scanner
4/ focused scram scripts prevents redocking.
5/ bounty gets fixed and now serves as prober way of making a living in eve. Or alternatively removed from game.
6/ double tapping on another ship (or clicking approach) now brings forth a message "warning you are on a collision course with xxx, you wish to proceed ?" this message can be disabled, and action will get you concordokken if said ship isnt a wt or in a .4 system and below.) Bumping someone intentionally now damages both ships.
7/ Hive ships, (moveable space stations)
8/ More t3 ships, more subsystems, more flexibility.
9/ Concorde missions, ships, mods now available to players
10/ more stations in npc 0.0 systems

Not sure if anyone else metioned this or not but............
1) Make BPO's and BPC's visibly diffrent. 2) Add a colum to put notes next to your buddies in people and places. 3) Make eve-mail useable via forums :) 4) Charges, Projectile's, Lasers & Missiles should have a more realistic affect. :)
More to come later....
1 and 2 are possible 3 and 4 are just dreams.

1. Completely new and up to date weapon and explosion effects!
2. Fix missiles! They come out of nowhere and detonate INSIDE the target instead of at the hull!
3. Weapons hit at random spots on the hull and can miss (if they miss) instead of predefined points on the model.
4. New sound effects.
5. A new voice and more voice interaction in game (with NPCs like stations or stuff like that). I am bored hearing only one voice all the time in game.
6. Some nice damage effects.
7. More weapons on bigger ships like small anti fighter turrets and so on.
8. I havent seen them in game yet, but i read about POS that they dont look great and then i found a great suggestion thread with modules and so on - this.
9. Visible Shields!
10. no idea yet.
