Omber Zombie	Posted - 2005.12.26 10:27:00 - [1] Thanks to Cdr Foxbat, i've managed to get a nice spreadsheet setup for betting on this tournament. So here are the rules for those interested: * All bets must be sent to the character Ombeh Zombeh (Omberokoku corp). It's my alt. * All bets must have the alliance ticker you are betting on as the comment * All bets must be recieved by 14:00 eve time on the 28th, anything after that will be refunded * Bets must be in multiples of 1mil, anything extra will be refunded (so, if you send 1.5mil, 500k will be sent back) * You can bet on as many teams as you want, it's your isk, i don't care. * I will be taking a cut of 5% for eve-uni for the deal of running the betting pool * 5% of the total winning pool will be payed out to the winning team * Payouts to winners will be done within 24hours of the event ending How it works: Everyone sends in the isk and the team they are betting on to win the championship. All the isk goes into one large pool to be won. Those that bet on any of the losing teams win nothing. Those that bet on the winning team get a percantage of the total pool as their winning prize, based on the amount bet on that team. an example: The Big Blue wins the competition (unlikely, but possible) there is a grand total of 1bil in the pot Seleene bet 10mil on Big Blue DB Preacher bet 5mil on Big Blue Daakkon in a fit of insanity bet 85mil on Big Blue the payouts should this eventuate would be: Seleene gets 90mil DB gets 45mil Daakkon gets 765mil The Big Blue would get 50mil as the winning team I would get 50mil as the person running the pot.
