Most likely been suggested already but not seen it so here goes.
A T2 freighter, with or without jump drive, I have no real opinion on the matter. The defining feature would be a very small cargo bay 50km3 ish, and the rest (I'm thinking t1 cargo hold size tied to skill) is one big ass ship maint array capable of transporting an awful lot of assembled ships in one go.
Nice target for gank squads, damn useful ship for moving home / staging.

indirectly the Orca got a bit less useful for hauling stuff around anyways with the T1 reshuffle. Tweaking a few of its stats might prove to make it more versatile in more roles than just boosting mining lasers siting on the undock of stations.
I would love for the ship hangar to be a little bigger, i bet the crowd buying/selling rigged ships from contracts would feel the same, it could boost that secondary market a bit if traders could more easily move those ships from fringe locations to central trade hubs anyway. |

an orca only has 400.000 m3 ship hold wish means it cant fit a battleship yes u can transport fitted ships in a freighter if u 1 contract it to ur corp. or have an alt making the contract to the freighter one but after all a freighter is a freighter and it should be able to transport stuff fitted ships or not for personal use.. t2 freighter other then the jump freighter is good idea . but some extra nice stuff would be having a cloak or some defensive or offensive mods fitable.. ecm burst etc |

The defense of a freighter that you speak of is called "Escort". An example is the convoys in WW2 crossing the Atlantic...no to mods on Freighters.
Maybe a little more m3 love is needed for the Orca to enable it to be used as an Assembled Ship Transport (See car transporter in RL) but should be tied into the ship requirements skill e.g. + 100,000m3 to Maintenance Hanger for every level of Industrial Command Ship? a little tweak to the orca, which is already a mobile base, might be nice. id agree it needs a larger ore bay as well since the mack and rettie changes

That's what I thought... we have exactly one ship in the industrial command ships category right now, why not make one or two Orca variants then? Oh interesting spin on it...choices and consequences I do like What about a Module to reconfigure the built in bays instead of a new hull? It could -Ore Hold +Ship Maintenance or vice versa but that might give it too much flexibility which is something that needs to be watched.
