There are PROs and CONs with the time dilation system, however none of the PROs benefit PVE pilots.
Time Dilation is detrimental to ISK per hour of pilots active in space.
There needs to be a PRO for mission runners, and the solution should be simple yet elegant. When each mission is generated, it is accompanied by a new empty variable. This variable would track the high-water mark for TiDi experienced during the mission, and then compensate the rewards appropriately.
Mission Reward = (1 + (TiDi * 1))
For instance if the system was under 70% Time Dilation during the mission, the payout would be increased from 1m isk to 1.7m ISK.
The LP would be increased from 10k LP to 17k LP.
For the Anom Runners: Every Wallet tick should reset and track the high-water mark for TiDi and multiply bounties accordingly.
Wallet Tick = (1 + (TiDi * 1)).
This would help quell the faceless accusations that EVE caters only to the PVP player.
I am uncertain if miners are penalized by TiDi so I can't speak to this but if they are, the same method should be applied.

Why are you missioning in a system with TiDi active? There is plenty of benefit of TiDi for pve players. They manage to stay logged in and are able to play the game. Without it you wouldn't have reduced income over the period of play, you would have no income because you wouldn't be playing. I hate to disagree with you,-ábut there is nothing subjective about "boring" in connection to "mining". -á-á-á-á -- Solstice Project's Alt |

So you want a dramatic increase in your payout just because tidi blipped once for ten seconds during a thirty minute mission?
No.
Besides, CCP's recent rework of how systems are grouped together on a node means you shouldn't ever see tidi resulting from nullsec fleet fights in your precious L4 farm systems anymore anyway. So, if you do see TiDi, you have only yourself & your fellow mission runners to blame. Member of the Goonswarm Economic Warfare Cabal |

More rewards for TiDi? Cool, now lets go get EVERYONE i know and get them to bring all their friends to someplace like Osmon so we can trigger TiDi and all get better rewards than we could have gotten having to organize and lead severla incursion fleets. Yea, there would be nothing broken about that at all....... |

Time Dilation is detrimental to DPS, ore/gas/ice per second, trader warp speed, salvager cycle time, miner bumper speed time, and a number of other things. What makes your "wallet tick" so special that it needs TiDi compensation over other methods of income?
Every time you run into TiDi and get annoyed, instead of posting to the forums, why not think to yourself "man, I sure wish this TiDi didn't happen, so my client could stop responding and I could crash to desktop while these rats killed me."

One used to get the odd bit of TiDi in hi-sec, but tbh, it just made me have understanding and sympathy for the poor folk in null who have to endure TiDi on a fairly regular basis.
TiDi seems to be the least bad solution to large fights for now and the foreseeable future. This is not a signature. |

Your math is wrong. It should be Mission Reward = (1 + ((100-TiDi) * 1)))
With your math under 10% TiDi a 1 mil mission would give 1.1 mil, while under 99% TiDi a 1 mil mission would give 1.99 mil. With TiDi the lower the number you see, the slower things go.
Also, this is a terrible idea.
Also also, who multiplies stuff by 1 in expressions?
