We need a ship that will scan a ship of its modules and then cross index the scan results with the pilots skills to determine the best combination to defeat the scanned ship.
The Nagios would be an expensive ship costing around 2 billion ISK to purchase and would require nearly two years of skill training to fly properly.
The Nagios would not be able to scan and analyze Super Capital Class ships, Cloak ships with built in cloak bonuses, POS or My Little Ponies.
The Nagios would scan the selected ship and when the scan is complete would analyze the ship for weaknesses and then deliver the results to you in an email.
The scanning process would only take a few seconds but the analyzing could take several hours or even a few days based upon your skills.
The ship it self would be very low EHP with only 30,000 EHP with only two medium and three low slots plus two rig slots and a 300 calibration points.
The Nagios would also have four high slots that could be fit with a Bastion Style Module or Bastion Scanning and Analyzing modules to increase the analyzing process.
Otherwise the high slots are useless even for using a basic mining laser.
The Nagios does however have an impressive Drone Bay of 250 m/3 with 250 Mbits of bandwidth so that a full compliment of Gecko Drones can be used to defend it.
A cargo bay of 350 m/3 for Bastion Scanning and Analyzing scripts and Mid Slot cap boosters.
A cloak bonus also allows the Nagios to warp while cloaked and has an increase time of module reactivation of 85% after cloak.
The Nagios would also have a high Warp Stabilizer system of ten points. |

You already have this ship; it's called: Your Brain.
Your Brain can be further enhanced in this area with a free software upgrade called: Experience, which contains a crucial add-on module, which is also free of charge, called: Deductive Reasoning.
So please explain further this scanning mechanic you've come up with, and why it is needed that the server do your thinking for you. |

I'm the best freighter pilot there is. I've done the Niarja Run in 4 parsecs. |

This is just another obvious troll thread like the others:

I detect a pattern.
Do not feed.
And to be constructive and thread related: No. Try again. Are you sure your issues aren't elsewhere ?! |

As scanning the contents and fit of a ship as already very much possible to do with a wide variety of ships in-game, this thread gets a lock.
