Specifically I tested today and scaned before DT the sigs and wrote down the code, guess what, after DT all changed. Walk into the club like "What up? I got a big cockpit!" |

Yes, and?
That's the current behaviour. Hyperion, which is when the 'non-changing signature code' change is getting implemented is scheduled for deployment next Tuesday (26th August)

Hello,
sry im pretty new to this Game (3Days), but i have 1 Question?
What exalty does that Changes mean for Exploring?
i only need to Scan the sigs once, and BM it because they stay the same after the Patch? |

No, you could always do that.
It means, if you scan a system today and there's a site you scan down that is of no interest to you, you can note it's code down and when you scan tomorrow you can ignore the sig immediately without having to scan it down again because the code remains the same.
Very important to those who live in wormholes.

Currently GǪ prior to the change GǪ the ID-number (ABC-123 format) of a cosmic signature or cosmic anomaly changes every downtime. So a site with ID ABC-123 may become XYZ-890 after a downtime and then RST-456 if it survives through another downtime.
In itself that is not a humungous problem and most adept scanners develop methods to reduce the extra workload it imposes, but it is a bit of a make-work setup GǪ adding nothing much except extra effort.
While there may be some additional pluses for empire-space dwellers I suspect the main beneficiaries of this change are going to be w-space folk. Scanning is such a major part of active w-space life and by making these IDs persistent through downtime the change reduces the extra work of having to reconfirm all your saved signature locations. You will only need to scan the new signatures and you will know which are the new ones because they will have IDs that you have not already recorded.
I guess I am almost a 'vet' by now. Hopefully not too bitter and managing to help more than I hinder. Our pirate epic arc completion packages really are very good: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=12973&find=unread |

Also kind of useful for losec explorers that do a daily run through the same set of systems. |
