they used to have a couple wh's probably just for farming mind but andrew used to be in rolled out and sky fighters both wh group so its not a issue.
I'll be sending out ts details in a bit to people (SSC been super cool said we can use there public ts again)

Meetings went well were super constructive loads of feedback I'm attually hoping to do the same again. But this time combine groups so C1 to C4 for a hour then C5 to C6 for a hour. CCP Affinity will also be there to listen and give better feedback than me or Asay.
This will be on saturday the 8th of nov.
18.00 to 19.00 for C1 to C4 19.00 to 20.00 for C5 to C6
I'm going to stick to same people since they know the content as will be less time for this one.
What i will do is hopefully do more of these smaller sessions.
I'll also do a wh town hall soon although probably try to limit the numbers.

I tried to get info from our guy who attended but he is being tight lipped about it (told him to keep it that way if he was asked to do so).
Im just interested to see details and whether ccp will actually listen to you?

Sorry for late reply been pretty busy with some other stuff.
The basics are that I'm trying to get more people in to wormhole space espically the lower classes, The issue as I see it is that you need a incentive to come in and that almost has to be isk. We've had stuff thats added risk over and over but no rewards (well the blue book stuff today but am hoping we can get alot more stuff that will improve wh space)
So its a list of changes that in a perfect world I'd love to happen, a few being faction sleepers that could drop faction sleeper modules that would say be the same as imp nazy stuff but take less heat damage and would need to be built with sleeper salvage. Or adding mini escalations to C1 to C4 space.
It would basically be PvE content but once people arein doing that there would be more chance for PvP.
The first steps was sorting out the issues and things (which pve testing and things helped with) Then writing something up and getting people I know and trust to comment on it. So I got a few allaince mates to check it out some other mates in other allainces to look give me feedback make some minor changes etc.
At this point I posted it on confluence (CCP's internal web site) so they can see it and read it.
Then it was this thread to get players feed back from people I don't know. To see what they thought of it. the reason for splitting it in to wh classes was to help me focus the feedback more.
I was then going to post the idea (or a simplified version*) for everyone to give feedback on. But the meetings were so productive (got a little off topic at points). But i felt asking if CCP affinity could be there to listen in and give better answers than me, would be worth the wait of delaying it to everyone for a couple weeks.
*the reason for a simplified version is people always pick at details when they should be focusing more on the concept to start with so keeping it simple helps this.

Yeah a heat damage bonus would be good. I especially want to see sleeper large remote reps because there is a gap in the market for them. Also, active hardeners would be well balanced because you can switch them off with neuts.
I would like to see factions/officer sleepers that randomly turn up in sites or at wormholes and there could be multiple variations to make them unpredictable and challenging.

Without intending to get too ahead of this, reppers (local/remote/shield/armor) would probably be the most useful. And tackle and neuts. And prop mods. Ok I want them all.
And I think there is a room for a faction covops cloak, with improved targeting delay. Or maybe a sleeper HIC bubble? Damage Control? There is a bunch of mods without a reasonably usable faction variety.

You mean sleeper dreadnaught right? Yes, I definitely read that as sleeper dreadnaught.
I do think that that reduced heat damage for sleeper faction mods coupled with the racial t3 cruiser skill and the heat damage reducing subsystem (and some rebalanced magic)

That sounds good, a sleeper mobile depot would be good too, fast deploying and easily destroyed, for ninja refitting while being probed down.

Give them t2 with stronger overheat buff possibly lower heat damage that way they have their own true niche and would fit more along the lines of asb burst tank. This way your getting a whole line of mods that do something different instead of slightly different armor mod #4. It also might make those horrible overheat subs worth while. |

I for one want to see a MWD that is slightly less effective when not heated but when heated is maybe 25% better then a meta MWD of the same size. While this is pretty OP in the initial burn, being a great boom to brawler ships, it's a risky move for kiting situations where you have to OH for longer. It gives armor/t3 gangs a better means of catching up with these 3k m/s ishtar/VNIs that are derping around a lot |
